Had a ham a swiss cheese sandwich for brunch and the leftover chicken broccoli fettuccine alfredo for dinner. Boys have an early practice again and they wanted to eat before they go.
 
For lunch I went back to my roots with a huge toasted ham and cheese sandwich. It's so bit I've been eating it for the last 15 minutes! :drool:

Tonight's dinner experiment has the potential to be awesome or disasterous... here's hoping it's the former...
 
I just had a home-made doner kebab :D

It was pretty good, although the kebab meat didn't really taste much like doner - although it was alot nicer to eat knowing that it was freshly prepared from actual lamb...

Given how much it costs for the ingredients, it's quite an expensive way to eat kebab - there was only enough meat for three kebabs although I did make the strips quite thick - but one was not enough for dinner so I ate two :p The meat tasted a bit on the plain side, so I will need to experiment with spices for the next time, but with lemon, chopped onion, natural yoghurt and hot chilli sauce, it tasted pretty damned good, so it was far from the predicted disaster...
 
It's a rare occassion that I eat the local food so I could say it's somewhat of a treat despite the fact it cost 6yuan (60p in English money). Chicken, chilli and rice.

While making school lunch for Little Booger, I made myself a bologna and cheedar cheese sandwich for breakfast. Breakfast of 'champions.'

Now, where's my cholesterol meds?

EDIT: Great, now I'm eating a peanut butter cocoa rice krispies treat I made for the boys. What, am I trying to be a kid again?

I've had about 6 diet cokes and a litre of Crown Royal. Tasty.

:lol: sounds like an evening. I prefer rye and ginger ale myself.

Woke up late and didn't have time for breakfast or coffee. As such, I'm drinking a Monster absolute zero right now. Probably will grab a jalapeno bagel and a coffee at tim hortons soon.

A can on New England clam chowder.
I had some yesterday, I added extra clams, octopus, and squid to it. Had oysters on the side. Ate it with some Saltine Crackers.
 
Salad with red cabbage, slivered carrots, red beans, jack cheese, HBE and dressing from the 1,000 islands. It was fricken' awesome. :drool:
 
Not eating them right now, but I'm cooking some Mrs. T's pierogies, 4 cheese blend.
