A sliced apple with natural yogurth, oat grains and granole, cinnamon and raisins. My usual breakfast for work.

MMMMMmmmm......

Two cups of Ice
A Cup of low fat milk
1/2 cup of water.
2 large scoops of whey protein
one large banana
two tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
2/3rd cub of oats
Blend ingredients.

It's like drinking a candy bar.

Vegetable soup (freshly made).

Broccoli with béchamel sauce and a piece of meat of which I can't remember the exact name.

Vitamine B complex (for my clinical depression problem), chlorella, magnesium and pro biotica (almost daily).

Some raisin with pumpkin seads.

Everything that I eat, at home, is organic. Don't laugh, it's true. :nervous:

I had white beans with tomato sauce.

Afterwards a slice of bread with cheese and fig jam.

I'm drinking (stinging) nettle tea.

Clean out the fridge day. Leftovers from yesterday and old milk made into Dutch pudding. Early dinner for the boys water polo practice.

I normally don't take pictures of my food, but...

Luminis - I really want to believe that you usually don't approach your food at that angle.

Solid - ooh! Tasty pictures, and since I'm snacking on onion and cheese buns right now, you've worked me up an appetite! :)
Mug of tea to follow.

Breakfast:

Some soya vanille pudding. (strange choice but it's soooo good). It's not enough, I need more.................. but what?

Had a cup of soup made from a bunch of spinach and dining out for cuisines of mixed grills tonight. :D

Dinner yesterday was filet mignon, lyonnaise potatoes and green beans. Late night snack was a half a row of Low Sodium Ritz and some peanut butter. Brunch was the other half row of Ritz and peanut butter.

Don't feel like eating dinner tonight, so I wont. Boys can eat leftover smoked ham, mashed potatoes, lyonnaise potatoes, steak, pepper bacon and whatever else they want, so no need to cook. :)

For lunch I had 8 pan fried sausages with some eggs scrambled and an ice cream. For dinner I had a bag of peanuts, some cheese on toast, some oranges plus half a bottle of Coke.

EDIT: The eggs weren't scrambled with ice cream.

Didn't eat dinner or a snack yesterday. So, it's been about 24 hours since I've last had anything to eat. I splurged:

Brunch: Onion Deluxe Bagel, Green Onion & Chive Cream Cheese, Pepper Bacon Sammich

Cleaning out the fridge continues. All leftovers tonight. Smoked ham, buttered whipped potatoes and carrots.
