Two cups of Ice
A Cup of low fat milk
1/2 cup of water.
2 large scoops of whey protein
one large banana
two tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
2/3rd cub of oats
Blend ingredients.
Dinner yesterday was filet mignon, lyonnaise potatoes and green beans. Late night snack was a half a row of Low Sodium Ritz and some peanut butter. Brunch was the other half row of Ritz and peanut butter.
Don't feel like eating dinner tonight, so I wont. Boys can eat leftover smoked ham, mashed potatoes, lyonnaise potatoes, steak, pepper bacon and whatever else they want, so no need to cook.
For lunch I had 8 pan fried sausages with some eggs scrambled and an ice cream. For dinner I had a bag of peanuts, some cheese on toast, some oranges plus half a bottle of Coke.
