I watched the pilot (Well, Part 1 anyway, Part 2 is next week) for Legends of Tomorrow, following Arrow yesterday and The Flash the night before. I liked the pilot the show and the premise is cool. Odd mix of characters, but I like the idea of what they're doing.

...A day off today and I grabbed an episode of Bosch off Amazon. First episode, first season.

It's very good, slow burn, minimal BGM, solid performances all round. I think I'll watch the second episode, see where this dark and gritty cop show will take me.
I would suggest checking out the Harry Bosch novels if you haven't done so already. Michael Connelly is a writer who really knows his craft. The Drop, The Burning Room, Echo Park, The Closers and The Last Coyote are all really good; in fact, most of the Bosch series is. And while you're at it, The Brass Verdict and The Fifth Witness from the Mickey Haller series are both excellent.

LOT has one flaw.... a big one... maybe they explain this sometime but they know where Savage is at a certain point in time before he even has immortality....

Why not travel back to Egypt, dispatch him. Done. Okay Hawk guy and girl won't exist, but apparently they do not matter in timeline....

Never thought of that. Maybe just going to Egypt is too hard for some reason? I don't know.

...Thanks. I'll do just that.

CSI

I was probably too young to watch "CSI" when it was first broadcast, and by the time I was old enough, the quality had gradually started to decline. But I am catching re-runs of the early seasons, and I am surprised at how much I enjoy it. It's not perfect, but it does seem pretty grounded and there is a sensible approach to the science that was missing in the "Miami" and "New York" franchises. I can't stand "Miami" because David Caruso is a terrible actor, I can't stand "New York" because I can't tell any of the cast members apart (and the motorsport epidode was unintentionally hilarious with factual errors and everyone is an expert on racing), and I can't stand either because they rely on ridiculous science that is capable of doing anything and somehow hold up in a court of law.

I am so old.
I looked it up - I would have been 14 when it first came out. Granted, it was usually only rated M15+, but I do remember it being the first show where "medical procedures" was included in the advisory warning. It was pretty unrelenting in what it depicted, but it was never gratuitous. Even the Tarantino episodes (which were really uneven; you could pick which scenes he wrote and which he didn't). It was the other franchises that got lurid, like one on "CSI: Miami" that had a guy swim in a pool spiked with acid.

...Currently watching the very first episodes of Scorpion season 1. Didn't even know such shows existed until a few days ago. And can't believe this show has one of the highest AR for the usual 18-48 demo.

I'm only a handful of episodes in, so I'll reserve further judgement after I watch a few more.

Also, Fox's Second Chances crossed my path and I took a gander - and it's not that good. Don't think it'll last long.
Just saying.

Started watching Stan Lee's Lucky Man, only seen Episode 2 but really liking it so far. Can't wait to see the next one!

Sons of Anarchy. Finished season 7. 100% finished. Overall VERY well written show. Plus that is exactly how I thought the series should end. Glad it went as expected. 👍

I saw "Once Upon a Time In the West" for the third (or was it fifth?) time. The music is getting better and better <3

It was actually an accident, my net stopped working for, like, 3 hours @3 AM, and I couldn't sleep...so I remembered couple old , classic movies a friend gave me in 2010 (!) to "educate myself"

A woman goes into Japan's Suicide Forest to find her twin sister,
and confronts supernatural terror.
The Suicide Forest or Sea of Trees is a forest that lies at
Mount Fuji's northwest base in Japan.
Trailer seems good. Mount Fuji makes me think of Gran Turismo.
It starts at 11:50PM.

If this is the same "Scorpion" that is styled as "</scorpion>", I wouldn't waste too much time on it. For one, all of the characters are completely generic stereotypes, like the overweight Asian math nerd and the tomboy mechanical genius. But the whole show is founded on the premise that the main characters are all geniuses, and yet they are outsmarted by criminals of average intellect every episode.

...I agree it's complete, utter garbage. Techie talk is laughable, actings' all over the place, and it's not very believable - but y'know what, right now it's my guilty pleasure TV show. It's one of those cases where it's so bad, it ends up being fun to watch.
One saving grace is that it's not a simple murder-of-the-week cop show - I like the fact that it's trying to mix the dangers a bit on every episode.
Kinda like Limitless TV show, which I'm also hugely enjoying at the moment.

And, where else can I get to watch the Awesome Robert Patrick kicking ass?

I would recommend "Person of Interest" - consistent, compelling and very provocative thematically.

...Yeah, it's on my to-watch-later list. My dad's enjoying it, and he's a sixty-something, hard to please dude, so that show must be doing something alright. I'll get to it eventually.

...Finally, finally, I finished Daredevil. Well, that took a while. Watched the first eight episodes fairly early, then stuff happened, and then...

Now that's all done and dusted, moving onto the next one on the list: Elementary. Hopefully it's as good as BBC's Sherlock. And finish Bosch too. After that, House of Cards season 2...
So many shows, so little time...

Oh, and still watching Scorpion - and it's still a bit rubbish.

Don't forget Jessica Jones. It could be important with Daredevil season 2 coming up.

Just watched episode 1 of season 1 of Ashes To Ashes, first time in years I've watched it.

The newest episode of The Flash. It's amusing watching this show (Along with sister show Arrow, and any other show filmed in Vancouver) when you live in the Vancouver area and can recognize where it actually is in real life. Case in point, Barry running along the seawall.

Finished watching Archer last weekend... After starting last month.

I once while flipping through the guide landed on it and saw him in season three I think holding his illegitimate kid, laughed off the show and thought only terrible things of it. Now I think it's one of the funniest things I've seen. Can't wait for season 7 (or 6..)

Kabul Kitchen.

I've watched approximately the first 8 episodes. Either I didn't get it properly at first or it has become funnier further in.
I've gone from finding it interesting & watchable to seeing it almost as a daft sitcom.
Still enjoying it though.

Bizarre foods america. Some of the stuff this dude be eating be looking disgusting:yuck:. Then on top of that he say that it's good.

Anyone been watching:The People V O.J Simpson:American Crime Story?
It's quite good, been watching it on the BBC.

Yeah I have, its brilliantly done although splitting it into so many 40 minute episodes for the US broadcast is irritating especially on the BBC. Very little actually happens each episode and they should do at least an hour each one.

I am at times worried it's getting to Kardashian-y... do we really need to see Kim and Co every episode?! Other than that the acting is superb from all the leads.
