Without doubt the detail in premiums, especially with photo mode.
The UCD. A very imaginative move by PD and one that I like a lot. It adds rarity to a car and is a lot like real life with the fact that it doesn't have every single car at any one time.
Nope, I like the fact that you can't buy the car you want at the time you want. A bit like real life.Sarcasm?

But you may not find a Ford Ka on the forecourt of a garage within around 10 miles of yourself. Anyway, each to there own and you have a different opinion to it.It's nothing like real life. Certain cars might be rare in real life and not always available but the vast majority are not. As a random example I could easily go out right now and find hundreds if not thousands Ford Ka's to buy. Plus hundreds of the other normal standard cars. In GT5 I can buy one of 20 or 30 cars at a time. It's a terrible system.

What has distance got to do with it? There is no distance involved in the game.

If only PD felt the same way. The physics can't be perfect, but something should be better than they were in GT1.I personally feel GT5's strongest point is it's physics. To me they are the best on any console right now and I feel physics are the most important thing a "simulation" racer can have.
What good is a forum if people don't argue? We're not out for each others' heads, we're discussing. Please stop arguing. This thread is for peoples own opinions and if you disagree that's fine, you don't have to feel the same way someone else does.

Umm.. Is this serious, or..?If only PD felt the same way. The physics can't be perfect, but something should be better than they were in GT1.

Un-BE-lievable.
OK guys. Discussion ended. SimonK has the last word because I couldn't think of a comeback.
OK. As you can't really portray stuff like that in writing it can be slightly difficult to perceive. Now to keep this OT, the PDA that PD recently added is fantastic.Mate it's not about come backs or arguments, I was just having a conversation with you. Maybe my posts come across as argumentative but they're really not, In my mind I'm just having a debate/discussion as I would if I was with you in person.

Yes but they are new cars - that are always readily available - which is like the NCD.
Used cars, like say a specific BMW or something aren't always at a UCD in real life and also in game.
I think that's what he meant - just adding my opinion into it.
