I'm trying to play Resident Evil 7 and with headphones but it's creeping my out so much I'm getting anxious and have to turn it off. I just entered the basement

Try playing it with VR I have never been scared of horror games or movies, but RE7 in VR creeped the **** out of me.

Still Crusader Kings 2, but now having fun with a new mod: After The End, which begins in post-apocalyptic 2600's North America. Began in the year 2666 as the Duke of Delmarva, which in the beginning encompasses just modern-day Delaware and fragments of eastern Maryland.

2753 now and became the Empress of the Delawarean Empire a few years back.

Speaking of family:
Sitting the throne now is Valerie Derren, age 45, Empress of the Delawarean Empire, Queen of Maryland, President of the Americanist Faith. Married to Ulixes Crossland, age 52. Together, their children and grandchildren:
  1. {Marceline}, a woman who was just as ambitious as her younger brother Aloysius, died in childbirth in 2742 at the age of 18, m. {Jerome Derren}, m. Benjamin Vickory, Chief of Pioneer Valley (which if I'm reading the map right, is around the border of present-day Connecticut and Massachusetts)
    (no issue by Jerome)
    (by Benjamin)
    -Nancy, age 10
  2. Aloysius, current heir, a brave and ambitious man, 24, m. {Theresa Plumm}, m. Aubrey Midfield
  3. Madison, quick-witted but seemingly possessed by evil spirits, 21
  4. Valerie, a cruel and cynical woman, 17
  5. Fitzwilliam, an outgoing lad cursed with a stutter, 15
  6. Nicholas, a child prone to brooding, 12

Managed to finish one last game before year's end: Gravity Rush Remastered.

This game is criminally underappreciated, presumably due to its Vita roots and the fact that the gravity mechanic can take a while to get comfortable with. But man, it's such a brilliant mechanic once you get the hang of it. And the game is bursting at the seams with charm and personality. In a lot of ways, it weirdly reminds me of Jet Set Radio despite having a very different aesthetic and gameplay hook.

Looking forward to beating Gravity Rush 2 in 2019 (though I fear I'm gonna be even more upset with how underappreciated that one is). 👍

I finished Hellblade last night. That was a wild ride.

I've somehow fallen completely in love with Farm Simulator 15 this past week. The busy work and constant feeling of progress is rewarding and relaxing.

I'm not playing any games at the moment...

Just started playing Asphalt 9 Legends on Windows 10. I'm really just here to appreciate the eye candy until the paywalls start getting more difficult to hurdle over (It's such a fab looking game for what is essentially a mobile port, the controls aren't bad either).

I also plan on getting a narrative game this week until the next episode of Life is Strange 2 comes out in just under a month's time. If you have played "Firewatch" or "Night in the Woods", let me know your thoughts!

I recommend Firewatch, it's a great game, full of atmosphere, I really enjoyed it. Quite different to anything else too.

DCS World with the Huey. Wreckfest, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Portal 2, 1sane and rFactor 2.

Bought Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga on Steam almost 2 weeks ago and I have been relentlessly modding and playing this game ever since. I have already sank at least 54 hours into the game and it's only climbing. Truthfully I wasn't originally planning on playing through it, but I guess it all changed after I learned a few things about modding the game. I forgot how much fun it was!

Eventually I am going to get back to Spyro Year of the Dragon, but I just haven't been in the mood lately.

Right now I'm bouncing between Destiny 2, Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight, Persona 4 Dancing All Night. Also, when I have time for longer gaming sessions, Persona 4 Golden.

Currently played a few over Christmas period.

Kingdom Hearts 2.8
GTA IV
Split Second
Pro Evo 2019
Spyro Trilogy
Final Fantasy 13
Forza Horizon 4

And others I forget.

Just finished Spiderman on ps4 .. before that I played God of War. Both were solid reminders of how great single player gaming can be.

On to my birthday/xmas present, RDR2. I normally do not finish Rockstar games so will see with this one.

Playing every game from my childhood. Got one of those retro games console with 35000 games on it. Best thing ever.

Games were so much more fun when they were simpler.

Which one and does it have tearring, lag or other issues? I want to start looking for a solution since it is highly unlikely that my favorite Arcade/console games will ever be released again because of licensing etc. Games like X-men: COTA, Marvel Super Heroes, Xmen vs Streetfighter, darkstalkers etc. Most of them CPS-2 games

I've been playing a pile of different things and actually managed to finish a few titles, which is rare for me.

Playing:
- Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition
- Farm Simulator 15
- Killer Instinct
- RiME

Finished:
- Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice
- Inside

Inside is a WEIRD WEIRD game, and I absolutely loved it. Such a strange and disturbing atmosphere, good puzzles and a genuine "What on Earth is going on here?!" last section. If you liked the game Limbo from this developer, check it out.

Primarily Spider-Man for me, I finished the main game and immediately started the DLC in NG+ on the highest difficulty - it wasn't that hard until they started throwing miniguns and jetpack shield enemies around at the same time... Really great game, I'll be sad when it's all finished.

But, I got Assassin's Creed Odyssey in the Steam sale so I'll be moving on to that, I hope it lives up to the hype.

Just picked up Reel Fishing off the PSN Store. Loved this game when I was little :)

State of the Delawarean Empire as of the year 2790

Current ruler is Valerie II Derren, age 18, m. Severus Cavalkin, 37.
Valerie is not exactly the greatest ruler in the history of the Delawarean Empire, but is fairly competent in warfare. Brave and diligent as well. Only expecting one or two kids max on account of her being a lesbian. Lost a leg in her most recent war, which was to bring what is the bulk of present-day Pennsylvania (and a small chunk of Canada) into her dominion.

Three empresses in a row, quite possibly gonna be four depending on the child situation.

Reign list to date:

Duke of Delmarva

Nicholas I Derren (?/??/2660-7/4/2696, game startdate is 7/4/2666)
*title history from here follows the Kingdom of Maryland and the Delawarean Empire*

Kingdom of Maryland

Truesdell I (7/4/2696-3/2/2697)
Abner I (3/2/2697-3/20/2735)
Valerie I (3/20/2735-12/16/2772)

Madison I (12/16/2772-2/15/2775)
Valerie II (2/15/2775-PRESENT)

Playing through the Uncharted trilogy collection having only played the first one on the PS3. Getting the plats is pretty easy.

UC2 was great and better paced between shooting on platforming sections than the first. On to the third.

Bridge Constructor, Portal. Surprisingly fun game, and is a good way to relive the old days of playing Portal. At $5 it is a bargain.
