Fuel cel (hence the sound), giving electricity to 4 electrical engines, 1 for each wheel. Height of the suspension changes when a wheel is on or off-road. About a fast as a BMW M5.

Define crappy! This thing is good for 150+ mph on the Fuji Speedway straight. I agree it looks very strange, but this "car" is quick!

That is the MTRC, Motor Trialthlon Race Car in full. Powered by electricity and it also appears in the prologue. Can run on both road racing and rally

Well, it does SEEM crappy... Yeah, it's quick, but it just doesn't feel it. Unfortunately, the only car I can put it up against is the Prius, so we'll have to wait and see.
