Fastest I got yet was 7:41.768 that was doing 1.55 second laps and getting through the wall first time and getting to the spot quite quickly.
I'm going to try the acedemy special soon see if I csn shave some time off. There is definately an art to this and people are finding ways to get faster and faster a bit like other racing.
I'm doing this every day until they patch it or I've bought every single car that I want. Then I will start driving round properly with whatever car that I choose! It's the best way to boost your money and experience ! I had already got to level 30 by levelling up and bought a few nice cars properly, but I don't want to do the endurance races until they introduce the save feature and I don't do grinding in A spec . So my A spec levelling and interest had come to a pause until now!
