I have gotten more than that out of the Z31. Sadly, I will have to update on my main account.
 
Yes, I will (already have). Never really got into the hybrid scene, had a few when they first appeared but they were just overpowered rocket cars that were pretty pointless. Put me off the hybrids, even when the more realistic ones appeared. I can see why people are pissed they are gone, another fun factor ripped from people's hands by PD, i'm sure it was extending the life of the game for a lot of people.

In my opinion, PD has gotten rid of an idea that they should have implemented themselves.
The game was boring and dull and modders/hackers or whatever else you want to call them once again made it interesting.

While I totally disagree with the 3000hp Civic's and X2010 powered Fiat 500's, I don't see how an S15 running an RB26DETT or a twin turbo LS7 in a Camaro can be an affront to anyone... These conversions are quite common...
The only people running over the top hybrids and trolling everyone are the same children that use to do it in Tank Cars, X2010's and Dodge Ram's.

I like my hybrids and I'll keep using them, sadly, offline.

Don't have any real reason to update, but then again I'm probably just going to stop playing GT5 more likely than not now.

Online is dead to me anymore. Any racing series I try to organize anymore gets less than a handful of signups anyway and I don't do public lobbies, so this is where GT5 starts to die for me...

Sad to hear that as I only play GT5 online.
Luckly I run a group myself and also involved in the ORS here in GT5

It is good when you can find a group of friends, public ones are a waste of time IMO.

Shame you are in the states, you would be welcome in our series (tho I may be asking you alot about model cars if you were lol)

And why did you expect them to do nothing? The issue is more complex than 'they didn't provide more options, so we're going to do it our way' kind of thing.

As has been suggested before, the modders should have petitioned for this kind of tuning instead of using a hack programme. So blame yourselves...

Yeah but the real community doesn't need them.

I for one am happy they are gone.

However if anyone had found a way to replace the Holden Commodore body with the FPV GT body from GT4, I might be singing another tune, probably I'm the spirit of a pissed-off Eminem.
 
I definitely will not be updating since I dont play online.

PD would have to entice me to update.
 
No doubts, yes. Well considering my two Iroc Z's with LSX's don't cause me to be banned online. So I will wait to ensure that online still works for others that had their hybrids stripped.

This is unfair :( I know hacking is bad, but people that are bored with GT5 (That includes me!) will be playing again, just ban the people that use it for seasonal and online races, but don't make the people that using it only for cruising have to be separated with their hacked cars...

Yes like that one although not necessarily race cars they are the performance branch of Ford just like HSV is Holdens performance branch.
