Lots of complaints as usual about the amounts of credits and XP. I guess I am a glass half full type of person becuase I look at the payouts and think about where else in the game I can use those types of cars and within 10 minutes get that many credits. I personally can't stand running laps on the ovals just to get the max credits for the time. I would rather continue to get slightly less credits and do something with more variety. I do like the idea of the credits and XP varying based on the competition. Maybe that is on the way in a future update since it seems like that may already exist for online and remote races.
PS. I would also love to see prize cars given for completing the whole series of seasonals.
I got 3rd place in a Stock Citroen 2cv w/sport soft tyres on the eifel track:tup:

I think the whole complaining is based on a stupid mistake by PD. The opponents are nowhere near the 400-500 performance points they claim. I mean, look at those cars and they are only slightly tuned, if at all.
Take one of those for a spin or an Alfa thats not the TZ2 - I took that in the first race because I followed the performance points advice from PD and I of course annihilated the competition (what a lovely and fantastic car, though).
Afterwards I switched to my only very slightly tuned Isuzu Coupe (took me 5 tries to win Tokyo!) and the G4. I had lots of fun today!

You' re my hero!![]()
I normally cannot bring myself to use the controller, but late nights the DFGT is considered noisy by others in my household. So at 1am I find myself enjoying the Cape Ring for the first time with a mildy tuned Isuzu 117 on CS tires with a controller. Last corner, last lap I dive down the inside of the leader but can't control my line. I do an over/under swap with the AI car, my 117 tail-sliding in the pit entry. I get passed just in time to pull back on, nearly slamming the end of the pit wall. Drafted, then pulled out and won by 0.2 seconds.
Yeah, this is pretty fun when you try to match the other cars! I'll probably get my use out of these seasonals.
Was thinking the same thing...time to dust off the schwimmwagon!Has anybody given the 'wagens (Schwimm & Kubel) a go yet?
The issue of how hard or easy this race is comes down to this:
It's boring to have to tune down a slow car all the time to set the difficulty ourselves. Sometimes we want to have to tune up fast cars, fine tune transmissions, etc and have a fast paced race at the upper limits.
