Here's something fresh for today guys!

Ok, so I went to my friend's lobby a few hours ago. For a few minutes, it's fun chitchatting with my friends at Route X. A few minutes later, a bunch of people entered our room. One of the guys decided to use his mic and he keeps shouting " Yo! B:censored:! N:censored:! " () Ok, so my friend decided to start a race (aw damn :indiff:) I was in first place and a dude in a TZ3 Stradale is beside me, so on the last turn before the finish line I accidentally rammed his Stradale and he went spinning all over the race. After the race he called me a "Dirty c:censored:" :indiff: Oh online is very funny and depressing at the same time.

I get kicked from a lobby for no apparent reason. Three times in a row. And, when politely messaged, no response or reason for kicking me each and every time?

What honestly is the problem?

Fresh story!

Get called a noob for ramming a Fiat 500 with my Rocket. Apparently my Rocket is a big heavy brute (less than 400kg...) and apparently it's also ok for the guy to pull in front of me for no reason (idling the rest of the time) when I was going flat out. So he got... A VEYRON! A two tonne car against my 400kg Zooey. COME. ON.

In the same room, I was being hit for doing 70mph (honest) when the host was doing 40 and the limit was 70 (room title "Left 70mph!") and I get treated like a criminal.

5 WHOLE MINUTES LATER(!!!) a guy gets an X1 out and sets a 41 second lap at London. Mine were 1 minute plus, when I can get 47ish seconds. Host does 🤬 all!

Eventually the room is just a heaping pile of 🤬 topped off by 🤬 and more :censored:ing 🤬!
Something something 🤬 🤬 🤬 Room 🤬 Host 🤬 X1 41seconds 🤬 heaping Pile of 🤬 topped off by 🤬 Room 🤬 and more :censored:ing 🤬

Jesus christ Legachine, you single handedly beat the entirety of Xbox Live with a single post.

Only missing the racical slurs, the outdated national stereotype mockery, loud music over the mic and the occasional sounds of a domestic disturbance in the background. :D

Or loud, pre pubescent annoying voices over the mic screaming, and Dubstep,DUBSTEP GODDAMMIT. Sometimes even Arson.

Well, I was pretty annoyed about the whole thing. I don't usually do that.

And do I win a whole Bill Gates for beating XBL?

Sadly I couldn't get hold a Bill Gates for you.

So instead you win a Zooey Deschanel.

Guys, how SRF works? I think i just got ass kicked by guys who drive with SRF On.

GT3 class on Suzuka. I was driving R8 LMS, my fastest lap was 1:59. In "130R" turn on Suzuka i was able to go around 220km/h. Guy in BMW Z4 GT3 didn't even brake before that corner and passed it at 265km/h!!! WTF?? His best lap was 1:52.

His front tire indicators were orange for whole race.
Is this is how SRF works? Or is it some sort of physics bug?

That was horrible experience.

It's more than likely he was using a wheel which will explain the front tyres being orange as he can turn the wheels further than someone using a DS3 controller.
Where the SRF comes in is when he was turning, his front tyres would smoke up from turning the wheel too much.
The SRF would then think the front tyres are losing grip and give more grip to compensate with, couple that with a high downforce and stable set up, it's no surprise he was a good 40km/h faster around the 130R. IMO that's what I think is a logical answer to your question.

Do you know what happens if you see a cruise lobby with the host away, x1 kids, and chaos?

A kid doing bad beatbox on the mic ...

So fun to laugh at its face.

 I guess the idiots of GT online aren't going away. Darn.

Well, I haven't been in an online lobby in a while, I might try some track day lobbies eventually.

I got kicked from a lobby just because I won the race. :indiff: Now I really the good old polite and nice GT5 community. :(

Vic, I will protect you from the evil doers in GT6 now

Nope. You get one Don Mattrick.
Oh, can it at least be Don Mattrick in a party hat?

A change of signature is on the cards I guess

GT5 was the same.

And LegaChine, this is just crazy.
Indeed it is. But that's just the problems a robot must face... I've said too much now.

Well, you can try racing whit those guys for yourself, and tell me what you think if you want ;)

I didn't noticed it, but SRF was prohibited in our races. Still i don't understand how it is possible to be that fast within a GT3 class. His car was behaving more like F1 car than GT3 car.

idk, maybe i just suck and i'm a bad driver :(

HAX!

I think I speak for all the guests at gtplanet reading this thread....

Now that, that's over, were there any tyre restrictions? As in, you were using RH and he was using RS? (Probably not the case, but worth a try)

EDIT

Give this a read. It might answer your question.

MR/FR Tyre Bug

KPR_starbuck
The Problem is, thats the MR Cars unbelivible tricky to push it to the Limit. A Few Tests shows, When you are take a R8 Team Phoenix, Base or oreca out of the box with racing soft, you have a Lot of Trouble with oversteering when you turn in to a corner in 2nd or 3rd gear. The Cars problably slow.

If you drove to the Box, and change your tyres on the same type, you can handle the MR cars as gt5. You are quite faster, round about 2 seconds!

FR Cars like Z4 gt3 or sls gt3 are very fast with the First tyres out of the box. When you are taking the 2nd tyres after boxing, the cars feel a little bit better, but you are 2 seconds slower!

I'm still on GT5. Joined an online room today for the first time since ever, a bunch of terribly grammared GT-R Fanboi yo! chaps, that were surprisingly respectful, but extremely gushy on the GT-R, it's like they were Kaz's apprentices or something :D

*Like my love for the LFA, but not as sarcastic and more of a supremely fanboyish love.

Had an amount of fun with no ABS off, kicking all their sorry butts while listening to conversations about Noodles and Ramen with a variety of machines ranging from the GT By Citroen road version, to the Pink Phantom, to my Evo VI Lemon replica, to their own game (The GT-R). + points for underestimating my driving ability ON MY HOMETRACK (The Ring) and my Evo.

I don't have the game yet but I can almost guarantee this will happen again when I play online in this game as it did just about every GT5 session. People will laugh at my golden chrome Daihatsu Midget II D type '98 and do circles around me in their supercars.

Fools, only when it is to late is when they will realize the true potential of the Midget. I will rain down a hail of fury onto their Ferraris with my P-51 Mustang V12 Merlin engine swapped Midget.

That is when the developers allow unrealistic car extensions and the ability to put a plane engine in a mini truck...

You might be a little late to that particular game. :p
Pink Hybrids and gold midgets have already made their appearance in the Troll Car Thread.
You definitely won't regret checking it though, tons of humorous designs and set-ups on display.

There's no hybrids yet, which leads me to assume that is why they didn't add trading in GT6.

I really would like to give my friends cars as presents some times. :(

Now each and everyone of you has a box, but only a couple have the keys to a brand new Lexus LFA. Now go ahead and open your box. *Surprised reactions from everyone* YOU GET AN LFA! YOU GET AN LFA! YOU GET AN LFA! EVERYONE GETS AN LFA!
You have won everything today. GTP, the internet, the automotive world, the LFA. So perfect.
