At least I can take solitude from the fact that Romain and Kimi haven't drove me hard around a track I guess...@legacyMACHINE Just be happy that you weren't called an F1 car.

And Kimi. I'd be wearing the Monaco livery.Well, wouldn't you just crash with Grosjean at the wheel?![]()

Kimi crashed too (thanks Perez)How dare you even compare Kimi with Crashjean? Its like saying: "Oh yes the new Mclaren P1 is equally good as the Lada 1200".
And then something about bad online experiences. hmm. 2 days in a row without major issues. Little bit annoing when I start room for hotlapping and just for fun driving, some guy starts to bashing everyone "LoL why wont you pussies race?". Cassiotus used kick - It was very effective.
Yes, but I wasn't really fed up with that guy's bellowing to mute him and I was too focused on my lap to think of muting him anyway.@RandomCarGuy17 Can you mute people like you could in GT5?
I entered a track day lobby at Fuji Speedway GT and I was having a good time with my slightly modded Jaguar XKR-S until some guy joined in with his mic bellowing his voice everywhere and annoying me and other drivers just trying to concentrate on our driving (I'll call him Raj since I can't mention PSN names). One user got fed up after 1-2 minutes and told him to shut up (I'll call this guy Alan). Raj decided to talk back to Alan while thinking Alan was talking about his accent when he never mentioned the accent, not even once. I then see Raj coming towards me in the opposite direction in a Redbull x2011 and hits my Jag head on. I tried to dodge him, but he swerved his car towards me. Raj now is telling me to watch where I'm going when he hitted me on purpose and he was driving the WRONG way around the track. He then left and I just decided to switch to my new Viper and keep driving.
The funny thing is that it wasn't exactly a little kid. He sounded more like a teenager or young adult.Kids - Not Even Once

Went into any lobby ever and everyone had racing tires on street cars... even the 450pp lobby was all racing softs. Where are all the DRVIERS ??
People who are more serious about gentlemanly racing won't put up with this:Went into any lobby ever and everyone had racing tires on street cars... even the 450pp lobby was all racing softs. Where are all the DRVIERS ??
Since most lobbies are poorly run, and on RS tires, most of the gentlemanly drivers avoid online like the plague. If PD had a ranking system or driver rating system, I suspect online would be a lot busier and the quality of racing would go up exponentially.I entered a track day lobby at Fuji Speedway GT and I was having a good time with my slightly modded Jaguar XKR-S until some guy joined in with his mic bellowing his voice everywhere and annoying me and other drivers just trying to concentrate on our driving (I'll call him Raj since I can't mention PSN names). I thought I saw you pop into my room the other night. The fact is, we are all play driving in pretend cars on make believe tires.Went into any lobby ever and everyone had racing tires on street cars... even the 450pp lobby was all racing softs. Where are all the DRVIERS ??
Had someone asking in a cruise club to raise the hp to 1000, why do you need 1000+ hp to cruise.
Skill, challenge, realism, difficulty etc. etc. etc.I thought I saw you pop into my room the other night. The fact is, we are all play driving in pretend cars on make believe tires.
Why not choose the best?
Skill. Does it take more skill to pass someone with sports tire using sports tires than it does to pass someone with racing tires using racing tires?Skill, challenge, realism, difficulty etc. etc. etc.
That system could easily be abused. "I don't like this guy. Minus points." Would happen a lotPeople who are more serious about gentlemanly racing won't put up with this:

Yknow the saying "Build it and they shall come"?Went into any lobby ever and everyone had racing tires on street cars... even the 450pp lobby was all racing softs. Where are all the DRVIERS ??
This really. Drivers with RS tyres racing drivers with RS tyres is trying to level the playing field. Not "LOL I CAN'T DRIVE OR TUBE SO ILL FIT RS TO MY TERRIBLE TUNE AND CRASH A LOT"Skill. Does it take more skill to pass someone with sports tire using sports tires than it does to pass someone with racing tires using racing tires?
With both drivers wearing racing tires I would think it would be harder since both of them are going faster.
Challenge. The drivers are equally matched so…
Realism. Yes driving GT6 on comfort tires feels just like the car I drive to work every day. Oh wait…
Difficulty. Oh my god, I feel…
etc. like I am
etc. going around
etc. in circles here.

My Rocket runs RS because it allows the best grip to exploit my tube up. Not to give me an unfair advantage.
There are very simple ways to do this that require no input from individual members. One way would be to have a licensing system similar to WRS. Have a fixed event, perhaps 3 cars on 3 tracks, a daily driver on comforts, a sports or supercar on SH and a race car on RH. You get a total track time of X and PD takes your best laps, averages them out in a formula of some kind and you get a license. Say for the sake of argument A,B,C,D,E. Now you have a way to sort out your lobbies based on the skill level of drivers with a separate category for those that didn't complete the test at all. If you so choose, you can restrict access to your lobby to any skill level. Generally, clean driving follows the skill level, although it's not guaranteed of course, but it will help. That system could easily be abused. "I don't like this guy. Minus points." Would happen a lot

Make the lobby and they shall join.
Any of you experienced lag? I've had a few shunts that the other guys described differently.
Also, I think the main issue with online is that everyone has his own braking points and racing line. I get brake checked a lot, not on purpose.
