Any of you experienced lag? I've had a few shunts that the other guys described differently.
Also, I think the main issue with online is that everyone has his own braking points and racing line. I get brake checked a lot, not on purpose.
Simple solution for that, don't follow so closely or brake on a different entry. I do it all the time. But it's obvious from 3 years of GT online that courtesy is a rare thing amongst random players so the next step is to enforce it though licensing and a safety rating. It will work, but it'll never happen because of PD's narrow mindset of catering to casual players who just want to press a couple of buttons and be online after playing offline for a few hours. They will think it's too complicated to have to obtain a racing license and it'll make people mad if they can't get into a room because they don't meet the restrictions. It is what it is, this is what comes from a generic driving game that caters to soccer moms, 12 year olds and everyone else. It tries to please everyone and ends up pleasing very few.
