There is no reason they can't set up permanent lobbies with a fixed qualification period and fixed options like "tuning prohibited/500PP/Sports Hard tires etc.", that work on autostart. Problem is who will police them? One or two bad drivers would ruin the lobby and unlike a hosted lobby, you'd never get rid of them.

Lobbies hosted by PD? Not likely...costs involved.....lol...

Not much has been mentioned about that new/old feature, I'm curious to see how it works. If the lobbies are unhosted it won't be pretty...

GT5 lobbies are so random
It s hard to find a room for competition and it never fill
That s why i prefer GT5prologue for this aspect

This can be similar to what we have now with the random races. The system picks a random car in the PP's limit and you go race.
