Your Very First Playstation game?

My very first PS1 game: Tomb Raider.

I remember going to my friend's house and his daughter was playing it one day...i was immediately hooked. And i hadn't owned any sort of videogame console for at least 10 years at that point. But after just a few minutes of playing Tomb Raider, i decided on impulse i absolutely HAD TO HAVE my own PS1.

My very first PS2 game: Sims 2. :O how embarassing.

I was dating this wacky girl at the time and she played sims all the time on her computer. I got hooked into S2 for about a month....tilll i realized i was really just playing "doll house". :ouch::dunce:

My very first racing sim for PS1: Ford Racing with GT1 following shortly thereafter.

Very first racing sime for PS2: Gran Turismo 2 :D Of course.

PSX - V-Rally
PS2 - Moto GP
PS3 - Motorstorm
PSP - Need For Speed Most Wanted 5-1-0

PS1 - DRIVER 2
PS2 - Gran Turismo 3, I was so exciting I was getting it for my birthday and then to find out it was a greatest hit's and I still had thirty dollars to spend my head nearly exploded! I think I read the back of the case like 20 times on the ride home.

psx - Tekken 3
ps2 - i got it (modded) with 8 free games; GTA3, GT3, Dynasty Warriors 2, Wave Rally?, i don't remember the rest it was 6 years ago.

PS1: V-Rally 2 - Still love it.

PS2: NFSU - I actually still enjoy playing it still. Much more fast paced racing than the new ones which just seem to keep you in the decal editing screen for hours.

first two game were Powerserve 3D tennis and High Octane, I remeber it came with a demo disk, that had like 20 demos on it. Such as warhawk and the die hard trilogy

My first Play Station game was GT4.

I got my first Station (PS2) for my 30th birthday from the Family, It came with GT4.

Three years on and have just completed Maximum Point Hunt 111,813.
see my sig for proof

Now to really have fun with GT, and to play some not so serious racing :).

I remember the first game me and my brother got for the PS2 was Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2. I played that every day for 2 weeks straight it was so fun.

I also remember my brother getting GT3 for his 11th birthday. He never got into it but I did. I remember when I kept doing races to save up for the 90's Impreza wagon in Mustard yellow. :p Those were the days. Course it sucked because my brother accidentally deleted my game and I was really far in, and had around 50 cars, I was so upset!

The original Colin McRace Rally. I found it in my Christmas stocking and was confused because I'd asked for a game for my Game Boy and got one for the Playstation instead. I never made the connection until we found a Playstation hidden at the back of the tree, along with Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back.

Formula 1. It was buggy as hell, but a superb racer, even by today's standards. 👍

My first playstation game was V8 supercars Race Driver by Codemasters. Also known as TOCA race driver. Plenty of non stop playing on that game and then I discovered Gran Turismo.....
Now GT5P is all I play.

I believe it may have been either Driver 1 or Gran Turismo or Need for Speed. I was 4 or 5 back then so yeah. Also when I played Driver, I didnt play for the shooting...actually I was scared of those parts...I loved the driving parts.

My first game was Road Rash. Nascar '98 came after that, then Demolition Racer and GT1. Been hooked on the Gran Turismo series ever since.

I can't remember my first playstation game.

But my first playstation 2 game was GT4:P

First games on the original PSX were Colin McRae Rally and TOCA2, still two of Codemasters best ever racers and just staggering at the time given I was fairly late into the whole games console thing and the PC games I was playing were pretty rudimentary by comparison. CMR particularly stood out, at the time it felt so immersive. I think GT2 was the next game I got.

First game on the PS2 was Gran Turismo 3, which is the whole reason I got the console in the first place.

First game on the PS3 was GT5P. I sense a pattern approaching...

Crash Bandicoot 2 and Porsche Challenge.

Which were soon followed by GT1, Toca Touring Car Championship, and Tomb Raider 2. 👍

Burnout 2: Point of Impact.

Absolutely excellent series, and have collected nearly every one so far - I haven't got #1, or Dominator, but I'll definitely get Paradise after I get my PS3 for GT5.

Behind GT, Burnouts have to be my fave games :D

We got the PS1 around Christmas, and the game we got was Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit.
I was absolutley obsessed with the Lamborghini Diablo SV in yellow. It was my favorite car up until as of late, when the koenignogseggseggseggggabbaseggviking took that title away. I loved that game on the PS1 so much, I got the PC game, and my father burned a few extra CDs, set up four computers. It was the best time of my life.
I also recently came across one of those disks, and loaded it on this computer, which can't really play games, but has no problem with running a ten year old game. Ahhh, memories.

My first and only game I bought with the console as it was all I could afford at the time was the first Ridge Racer. My second game was Destruction Derby 2, I loved that when it came out.

Also when I played Driver, I didnt play for the shooting...actually I was scared of those parts...I loved the driving parts.

 The first Driver game only had shooting in the cutscenes. You couldn't get out of the car in the actual game.

My first for the PSX were Driver and Ridge Racer Type 4. They came as a bundle. Not long after that I had a birthday - I forget which - and I had asked for Gran Turismo. When I opened the present and found not only Gran Turismo but Grand Theft Auto as well, I was thrilled. "I couldn't remember which game it was you wanted" was my mum's reason. I declined the opportunity to say 'The one that isn't an 18 certificate'...

For the PS2 was F1 2003. I never really got into it, but it came with the console and at least it was a racing game so it got used once in a while.

For the PS3 will probably be either GT5P or GTA IV. When I get round to buying one.

My first PSX game was Need for Speed: High Stakes. I didn't like it so much, though... :indiff:
After that, I got Gran Turismo 2. 👍

My first PS2 game was Gran Turismo 4. :dopey:
I remember my dad saying: "Lucas, another racing game?" :grumpy:
