My zzii runs 9.093 but i dont know why it beats a lot of spec v such as my friends his spec v runs 9.029 and i beat him with my 9.093 zzii why is this?

Multiple options.
1.Maybe you treed your friend or he was lagging.
2.He may have lied about his time
3.(as Smoke stated) He sandbaged you to make you feel better

Nope he sent me a pic of his time and he has perfect internet connection

Srf makes a spec v much slower because the spec v has no wheelspin

I have heard that before but on route x srf makes my spec 09 v much faster, back in August I posted some comparison pics awhile back with srf off and on, at that time it was only running 9.030 without srf and it was 9.002 with srf on.

But that was before the update and i tried using my spec with srf it goes to 9.138 which I do not recommend using.

Why did you use it on the black edition then? And it still works after patch, you just gotta know how to tune.

Ok , I just tried the 09 spec v with srf, and your right, it does slow it down now. Srf now creates more of a bog than before, best I could get after many attempts was 9.028, took srf off and the first run was 9.025. Don't know how this applies to the other fwd's though.

When testing cars disable all aids because chances are it will be this way in most lobbies.

Yes, all of us here run and tune with no aids, I was just conducting an experiment and posted results.

ok, im going to be very straight forward with this...

ssrx is ssrx right?
indy is indy right?
online is online right?
offline is offline right?

ssrx grip does not = indy grip
offline physics dont = online physics

How is your FRIEND launching and how are YOU launching?it plays a HUGE part in head 2 head drags..... At ssrx, your launch is determined by revs as opposed to reaction time, giving more consitient measurements of performance, but at the expense of the reaction aspect of drag racing.Head 2 head at indy, launch method can make or break you, in contrast. Suppose that you are using your e brake whereas HE is using his primary,etc.. Compare launch methods, exchange them as you race, and document the results.....im pretty sure this is why..... me & hyperspeed talked about it, but never tested it out. i recently switched up my launch method and have gotten results as i can now beat friends i KNOW i should be beating because i have a superior tune. good luck!

Well... if hes not lying about his time, has a good connection and isn't sandbagging... maybe its just simply down to his poor Reaction Time... The differences in reaction time between person to person can be as much as .100 of a second, or more!

My Black Edition has lost to some Spec V's before because I've been sleeping at the wheel... despite it being about .120 faster, on paper.
