Forza 7 Update Addresses Auction House and Livery Editor Issues

A new update is now available for Forza Motorsport 7 on the Xbox One and PC. Weighing in at 253MB (86MB on the One X), the update addresses a number of issues in the game.

The list of fixes is a short one this time around but should make for a more pleasing experience all the same. One specific issue since resolved is player liveries will no longer disappear in certain modes. This resolution will no doubt go over well as players will no longer have to refresh liveries.

Fixes to the Auction House and audio-related issues also feature in the latest update, the full details of which are down below:

  • Fixed an issue where user profiles were impacting audio quality for some players.
  • Fixed an issue where players could not sell certain cars on the Auction House.
  • Fixed an issue where the level up counter audio persists after a player has leveled up.
  • Fixed an issue where spinning a vinyl with the d-pad while in the Livery Editor moved the item .2, not .1 as intended.
  • Fixed an issue where a player’s livery would disappear in certain modes.

All things considered, this looks to be the final update of the month. The fix to the Auction House is of particular interest to us — can players auction off the 2016 GT350R now? Though not mentioned in the update itself, it appears some reward and gift cars now have a resale value of 100 CR.

Beyond the update, racers have the December Car Pack to look forward to which should go live next week. Stay Tuned for the update to the Specialty Dealer later today.
