Things continue to heat up with RaceRoom Racing Experience as KW Studios has announced RaceRoom Summer Campaign 2025, a three-part series of events culminating in the “biggest update of the year” for the PC racing sim.
The campaign extends from July to September, and will give players a taste of everything R3E has to offer. Kicking things off is the first phase, with every car and every track available to all players for free until August 18. That’s more than 250 cars and a total of 168 track venues including layouts — there will be no shortage of rubber to burn and sights to take in.
Following the free all-access period is the second phase, with KW Studios kicking off its summer sale on August 21, through to September 14. Players can grab their favorite cars and tracks for 50% off, or can go one step further with the limited Summer Content Pack for 75% off which will be host to a selection of the game’s latest releases and an exclusive livery to boot.
Finally, there’s the third phase on September 24 that will introduce new cars, tracks and features to the PC racing sim and is being billed as a “new era for RaceRoom”.
As you’ve no doubt noticed, one of the new cars making its way this September is the Lamborghini SC63 LMDh prototype. Weighing in at 1,030kg (2,271 lb), the SC63 receives power from a 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 and a rear-mounted Bosch MGU making 67hp, sending a combined 671hp to the rear wheels.
Possibly releasing alongside it is the race-winning BMW M Hybrid V8 that was previewed last month. Lighter than the SC63, the M Hybrid weighs in at 1,029kg (2,268lb) and receives power from a 3.9-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 making the same total power figure as the SC63 when combined with the Bosch MGU.
While nothing is currently confirmed one way or another, this will definitely be something to keep an eye on. KW Studios has already promised more teasers, developer insights, and more as we near the release of the update so stay tuned!
