‘The Grand Tour’ Teaser Trailer and Launch Date Unleashed

Fasten your seatbelts — the former hosts of BBC’s renowned motoring show “Top Gear” are back in the driver’s seat for an all-new Amazon Original series “The Grand Tour.”

Beginning Nov. 18, Amazon Prime Video customers will be able to watch the first of 12 tire squealing episodes on any device which supports the Amazon Video app. Subsequent episodes will be released every Friday, according to an announcement from Amazon.

The e-commerce goliath signed the British trio of auto enthusiasts back in 2015, shortly after the BBC refused to renew its contract with “Top Gear” presenter Jeremy Clarkson following an incident where Clarkson had punched Oisin Tymon, one of the show’s producers.

Since then, Clarkson and his colleagues Richard Hammond and James May have been filming around the globe for the highly anticipated automotive broadcast which doubles as a roadshow.

The crew has already wrapped up one of the recordings in front of a live audience in South Africa and is relocating the studio tent for its next on-location shoot in California. While the studio audience will be a familiar sight for “Top Gear” fans, it is uncertain as to how the format for each episode will play out.

So, will you be watching? Leave your remarks in the comments below, then carry on the conversation in the show’s existing thread on our forum.

Saw it on youtube a couple days ago… Yeah, I’m excited, but I don’t think I’ll be able to watch it on amazon prime. I’ll just have to wait for it to come to my local programs.

Well, it’s exclusive to Amazon Prime so it will take a while before TV stations start buying rights from AP to air the show on their program(s). And it will cost them a fortune. You’re better off waiting until the 12 episodes end and then order Amazon Prime for a month and watch them all.

Is that even possible for me? I live in Croatia. Is it through PC or TV? I don’t think I can get amazon on my TV… :/

Didn’t know you’re from Croatia. Amazon Prime is not available for Croatia at the moment.
Well, the only other thing you can do is download it via torrents.
