For the past several weeks Marco Massarutto, Licensing Project Manager at Kunos Simulazioni, has been teasing the contents of the upcoming Dream Pack 2 DLC that’s due later this month, and what we know thus far is that the pack will contain 10 brand-new cars and Circuit de Catalunya.

Seven cars have been revealed and of those is the all-new BMW M4 teased earlier this year, as well as the Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus 003 shown during the E3 reveal of the new UI coming next year to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The full list of content included in the upcoming expansion is as follows:

  • Circuit de Catalunya
  • Audi R8 LMS
  • BMW M4
  • Ford GT40
  • Glickenhaus SCG003
  • Lamborghini Countach
  • Lamborghini Huracan GT3

    I’m as frustrated with PD as the next person, but the growing list of choices helps with that. It’s almost like they just don’t get it, but I am not ready to write PD off just yet, they see what the competition is doing, so now they have someone from Forza working on their sounds, that is great because the driving experience for me is greatly reduced by what they call sounds, LOL! I expect much better in that area in the future. This brings me to Assetto Corsa, I have not played it, I want to but not if I have to build a pc to do it, happy to know it is coming to console next year, I really want to check it out, Forza 6 on Thursday!!!

    All those tempting news, and Sony keeping GT7 under wraps got me feeling a little bit uneasy. Not boarding the next train yet though lol, that won’t be fair. I will wait…

    Lamborghini Huracan GT3? Kunos is going to make me:

    1. Buy their game.
    2. Upgrade (To GTX 980) my GPU.
    3. Buy another wheel to replace my G27.

    Those upgrades cost more than my PC.

      All those exciting cars, a GT40, the Glickenhaus, the Ruf, and you’re excited about a GT3 car in a game that already has several?

    The reason I love this sim is there’s so much gran turismo esque in it. From the dev passion to the cars, the different car selection of iconic cars, the high quality tracks, the somewhat similar career gameplay (without cash), and lots of Lotus and ferraris just like how GT has so many nissans and miatas. :D

      Yep.

      Doesn’t take that muck to please me. Which GT3 cars do GT6, PCars and AC have in common?
      Where can I drive Ferrari 458 GT3 car?

      @Specter

      AC have the GT2 version of the 458, but the GT3 version of the car is on the mod work. The GT2 can somewhat be converted to a GT3 car because I’ve seen leagues/open lobby limiting the 458 GT2 aero and horsepower to match the current GT3 cars.

    Just another reason I am jumping off the PD bandwagon. AC is one of the some on my new list so this is cool news :-)

    Wikipiedia says…”05 Games announced on 3 June 2015 that it would be bringing the game to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2016.[2]”.

    Playstation 4? Does this mean Porsche is coming to GT7!? I certainly hope so. Even if l decide to hang it up (console racing), l’m sure EVERYONE else here will be… overjoyed. Now that’s worth some level of hype. I’m affraid though it may not not be enough for me to change my mind to invest the cheese required to enjoy it.

      Oh, it’s a RUF pictured… but it’s not on the expansion pack list. LOL, this is way too much for someone getting ready to hang up his driving shoes ;)

    Great pack!! Really looking forward to the Countach to see what it drives like with AC’s stellar physics and FFB!

      @Ayrton

      So you prefer a distorted one from Pcar? Even though AC don’t have the best quality sound (which they keep updating) it’s still way more accurate than any other hardcore sim out there besides Iracing and R3E (though I don’t consider it’s physics comparable to AC or RF2)
