Any chance qualifying might be cancelled as well D:? planning to stay up till 4 am to watch it x-x
I hope you don't plan on staying up to watch it on ONE. Due to the lousy cricket, the coverage of qualifying wont be broadcast until 9:45AM AEST.

On a related note, the GP wont be aired on ONE until 6:00AM AEST, but it will be on Ten at 2:45AM.

The main reason Button is leading is because Brawn was a step ahead of everyone else at the start of the season, so, no competition. But as the season picked up, everyone else caught up, and now, Brawn's domination days are pretty much over, and now they are struggling. They got lucky in Monza, the 1 stopper was the way to go for them.

Qualifying shall be interesting, I think we could see some big names at the back of the grid.

Like Button:D hopefully, with Vettel on pole, and Rubens behind:D!!! And this is by no means to annoy the british cheering on their homeboy, just to show my favouritism towards Vettel and Rubens for the championship

I have nothing against Button as person (I think he's a pretty cool dude), but personally I don't like when one of the top 3 drivers on the grid doesn't win the title. I would only rate Button as being around the 5th or 6th best driver overall...a noticeable tier behind say Hamilton, Alonso, Raikkonen or the highly evolved Felipe Massa, who IMO are all really close to being on the same page in all aspects of driving and racing. Regardless or who it is, I don't like seeing the 5th or 6th best driver on the grid win the WDC...simply because I believe they don't really deserve it...but hey, that's the way Formula 1 works and just about any racing series in the world 👍

The only reason he is really going to win the title is because of Brawn's absolute dominance in the first half of the season, where they basically ran away with the win in most races due to a car that was FAR superior in most cases...if it weren't for Brawn's absolute superiority in the beginning of the season, Button would really be nowhere (sorry if you don't want to hear that ). Ever since the other teams were able to catch up and Barichello was able to sort his braking problems out, Button hasn't shown anything of Championship quality, with very little flashes of brilliance that we see from say, Hamilton or Raikkonen throughout the season in under performing cars.

Hopefully he can prove me wrong in the next two races though :) Bring on qualifying! :sly:

You took the words right out of my mouth  👍

Ok,wet qualy for sure...very interesting this will be!!!...

spyrrari.

Doesn't the Brawn hate the wet?

I think all cars hate the wet when it's THAT wet... You're better off taking a boat to the circuit.

Yea  It's more about driver and setup when it's this wet. :scared: Should be an INTENSE qualy session to say the least

Great, stopped already.

Boooo 👎 God damn Brazilian weather lol...

Edit: Your prayers have been answered

Thank you JEBUS~!

Edit: damn those williams love water.... Maybe they are boats O.o...

Hamilton is off and Vettel is in 16th right now!

EDIT: Vettel out in Q1, this is looking good for the Brawns.

yerp Hamilton and Vettel gone.. you'd assume that Vettel's title chances have gone down the drain.. Button Vs Barrichello now.

Oh god, Vettel out in Q1!

His title hopes are pretty much over :indiff:

Has Vettel any more chances to become WC? What do you guys think? In my opinion he hasn't, especially because he ended up in 16th place in the qualifying...

:( Vettel NOO!!!!!!!! 16th? Ah well, Rubens for the title!!!!

If the race has similar conditions to this, anything could happen, I wouldn't write him off just yet but it's going to be very tricky for him now.

Well they set the cars up for a dry race (the brawns and redbulls that is according to BBC commentry) so I assume that they are expecting a dry race to occur.

No one seems to know, they obviously haven't all been watching the same weather forecast! (and yes, before anyone says it, I'm well aware they all get the same data!)

Vettel out. No comment.

Vettel should swap in a new engine and take the grid penalty, start from pit lane.

Not much chance, but if it rains tomorrow, all bets are off.

Raikkonens a dark horse for this one, mark my words

The Speed announcers are reporting that Vettel left his car in the middle of pit-in, tossed his steering wheel in the air and stomped off!

True. But not as dramatic as you would think.
