I want some power figures! I also want one. :p Is it just for show purposes or will they actually take it to the track? Which I believe everyone would want to see.

Not 6 rotors but I need little reason to include this, check out from around 3:50...VOB VOB VOB VOB!

813hp at the wheels naturally aspirated is a very, very nice figure. Figure that's 900bhp or thereabouts. Easily more powerful than Ferrari's latest and greatest V12.

Drivetrain loss for RWD cars is said to be at around 15%, right? So, well, that's 813 : 85 x 100 = 956 naturally aspirated HP at the crank. Pretty darn impressive.

Thanks for the vids Omnis; your bump also enabled me to learn something new about rotaries today, from Eunos_Cosmo's explanation and diagram of brap brap. It's a shame custom built multi-rotor engines will never be as potent as a Mazda original (as evidenced by the 26B versus homemade 4-rotors), but this thing is hardly lacking in power.

Er, you do know that there's already a 1664bhp 4-rotor turbo running around? So, this one would easily be at 200bhp at least. Also, I prefer it N/A.. Dat induction noise.. Hhhhnnnngggg.. 3.9l of win if measured in the old fashioned piston displacement method.

I have seen and heard about that rotary before on the internet before. I would love to see a FI system installed on the 6-rotor. And what numbers it could produce with either a single turbo or a twin turbo.

But that's my opinion though. Whatever they do, N/A or FI, this monster has to be on the track. I can't wait to see it in action. 👍
