There is no bulb right beside the reverse lights, those are just reflectors
I see your point, but luckely for AC that is no problem ;) (they managed to do it on the ACTK one... )
More important though and forgot to point out that
the issue with AI having "crooked" rear wheels is still there... Hope for a v1.4 where that's fixed.

-added ksperpixelnm to front lights

Did somebody post instructions recently about how to edit a car's existing main_geometry.vao-patch..?
Either using a text editor or by config?
Can't find it, assuming I didn't imagine it.

Hello everyone, does anybody have a download link for this beautiful M2? It doesn't work anymore. Or is there a better version available? As far as my limited research went, this was the best that wasn't encrypted with some issues like MNBA's one. Thank you all in advance.
 
Hi perhaps someone knows whats happens, im having the same error with some mods for like a month or more. it always says the same: Car’s blurred objects definitions (blurred_objects.ini) are incorrect: object RIM_BLUR_LF is missing. Im using CSP 0.1.60 but with 0.1.73 it happens too

RELEASE of the brand new track:

DIJON-PRENOIS 1979

This 3D-track was made by Grand Prix Classics for the rFactor Grand Prix 1979 track pack. It was converted and enhanced by Rainmaker for Assetto Corsa with friendly help of ludwig6666 and DaBaeda.

Just hacked the skins I did for the Mac 10 version of the 914-6gt to go with the updated Sonauto version. These are just hacked together from bits of the other skins (added PORSCHE to the rocker panels), and the license plate are hidden (although not in this CM showroom shot). NOTE: They will overwrite the other same-name skins (they're almost the same). (now updated for the hide-plates thing)

EDIT: Changed this to my 8,9,0 with skins renamed. The difference from the new 1.5 skins is the PORSCHE banner is same as body color and goes wheelwell to wheelwell. These also hide the plates (not in CM showroom of course).

and the lods.ini (sorry bout that) (put into your data directory)

No worries mate! I'm a Singaporean and my office is next to the circuit and I've always been waiting for someone to add more details to the paddock area of the track especially, and you are THE ONE to get the job done haha. Feel free to google Singapore Pit Building to get more shots and angles of it, specifically the night ones, are the logo lights up around the edges. Cheers mate.

Parts of the driver's face are visible in first-person view again, but CM 'Analyse' will pick that up and fix it.
LODs would be good, but these are quite easy to generate with Simplygon.
As has been mentioned a few times, the rear lights and brake lights share the same lens, and the difference in brightness between them isn't really strong enough to see when brakes have been deployed.
Try this tweak to data/lights.ini, the difference is a lot easier to read.

Edit: ksDiffuse on the f+r number plates is 0.8, which is far too high and makes them turn a horrible beige in sunlight. Kill the specular too. Try these values:

Here's a quick Gran Turismo-style dealer plate too if anyone wants it. Either replace on the kn5 in CM or replace in the individual skin folders.
(remove the .txt extension as usual)

Formula Pro 2016 (converted from rfactor 2)updated. An F1 mod for entertainment that easy to drive.
Fix some model bugs.
Revised suspension physic.
New tyre texture, including rain tyre.
Add skins of F1 2014 and 2015 season, driver and crew texture included.
The car 3d model and part of 2014, 2016 skins are converted, 2015 skins and another part 2014, 2016 skins are made by myself, if there is any copyrights issue, the file will be deleted.

I am such a total sucker for tracks that have a mountain background. Thank you for all your hard work.

So anyway, I have a few unrelated questions I hope someone could answer:

1) This one is about FFB. How do I make the steering on a car feel heavier? I've got a nice CRX mod I've been playing with, but the steering is so light it feels like I could steer with my pinky finger. If I just jack up the FFB in general, the bumps become too, uh, bumpy.

2) This one is about making skins. How can I make chrome or brushed metal effects on skins?

3) This one is also about skins! Can anybody suggest compression settings for saving DDS files in GIMP? Right now I'm saving my skins uncompressed, which means each one is well over 100MB.

update is close to release. 🥳 @Pfalzdriver is atm reworking the car physics and i've already done lot of fixes to the damage parts, interior glasses, new refracting lights, seatbelt and new textures for interior & exterior. we will release the Procar with a new name and as separate version.
