Hi Guys,

Anyone else having trouble loading Kunos Maserati 250F 12 Cylinder? It always crashes the game no matter what csp I'm using...

I love AC but lately it's been hell, always plagued by problems caused either by content manager or csp. Sometimes content manager even restarts steam...

1.180p346 here, load and run as it should

Hi bud

I have a quick question please

So I noticed you have an update for AI on Long Beach. I have the FN version installed from Breathe, what do I do with your update file as dropping it in CM didn't work

Sorry, proper newbie here

[Rainmaker87]

It's normal that dropping in CM don't work for fixes. Just open the track folder an copy the files into it manually:
YOUR-STEAMFOLDER\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\fln_long beach

[Foresight]

help,how can i improve the grip of the rss 79 mod?

activate traction control and some stuff in driving aids, it can help a lot.
and if necessary improve the setup of the car (more camber, more toe in and soft suspension at the rear)

Calling @Breathe...

The Silverstone - Stowe Circuit (Real tracks, Line 1553 of your priceless list) is a little orphaned of accessories, like for example, this much needed... https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/stowe-circuit-new-map-outline-and-ui.47297/, since the outline and ui in the original files, are wrong...

... and if someone did a decent fast and pit lane.ai, it would already be the cherry on top of the cake.

[campino89]

Maybe it´s the same issue and if so, there you find how to fix it:

Assetto Corsa PC Mods General Discussion

Can someone help fix this issue? I also puzzled for a long time, the solution is in the ext_config, there is an entry for [Material_Leather] Materials = RT_DriverSuit, RT_Gloves BrightnessAdjustment = 0.3 ColorSource = DIFFUSE DetailNormalBlend = 1 ApplyTilingFix=1 Delete the whole entry and...

www.gtplanet.net

Lol, shame on me. Seems, the config is only on my system, if I didn´t shared it before.
Maybe it wasn´t finished, but I moved on, to a different track and forgot it. 🤷‍♂️

I just searched for Adelaide 1988 in CM and found the one version from Terra21 and updated from @DaBaeda on my system and I started it, made the screenshot and wondered why anyone would change that lights or make new ones...
Well, here is the config, but untested, besides a quick look on track for making that screenshot.
If I messed up anything, please give feedback and I´ll try to fix it as soon possible.

This should be the right version for this config:

Here are some of the latest releases/updates from D1ablO, more of his edits can be found in the private "Assetto Corsa Mod Central" group on Facebook, direct link to his posts: click me. I haven't driven all of them yet and they don't aim to be perfectly realistic in terms of driving physics...

Edit: Oh, posts were combined together, for whatever reason... 🤷‍♂️

That worked. Cheers, thanks a lot!

I have two problems for a while I couldn't find the reason for:

My server messages that are shown in the top (like: SB Time, PB Time, XYZ joined/left) disappeared. Although it's configured right in CM (and in config file itself, double checked it). Is there maybe any mod interfering?

Second, does anybody know where these "reflection like" things come from? Find it really disturbing

Your not running the modded version of that car, as can be fund at RD, because from my experience the 12cyl version of that mod is corrupted.

Yup. Slider666 gave me the hint with deactivating the landscape shades in pure config. Is triple screen also relevant for the server messages?

That's usually caused by an incorrect setting in the lods.ini located inside the data folder. If you don't have a data folder, use CM to "expand data". Then open the lods.ini in notepad or some other text reader. Increase the number listed for lod A. Easiest way to ensure that the numbers you're adding is to simply copy/paste the in/out numbers from a car you know works, such as one of the standard Kunos cars.

For example, here's the lods.ini for the Kunos 250, the bolded numbers are the ones you should check:

[COCKPIT_HR]
DISTANCE_SWITCH=7

[LOD_0]
FILE=ferrari_250_gto.kn5
IN=0
OUT=12

[LOD_1]
FILE=ferrari_250_gto_lod_B.kn5
IN=12
OUT=45

[LOD_2]
FILE=ferrari_250_gto_lod_C.kn5
IN=45
OUT=220

[LOD_3]

Hi　Badgerman.
I checked and found that LOD（B,C,D) was not in the data folder to begin with, I copied it from Kunos250 and it is now fixed!　Thank you very much.
