At the Le Mans 1982 track, at the end of the Mulsanne straight, some cars fly off the track, can this be somehow corrected? As i understand it, the problem is in aerodynamics or suspension?

In the second race of the "Team Fittipaldi Career Mode - 1976" new skins added and new cars adapted.
As in the first season (1975), I'm adjusting and adapting "race by race", I hope to be able to share here on the forum (at least the new skins and adapted cars), which are not part of the original mod (to avoid any problems).

The adapted cars, whenever possible (for now) are being improved in their "textures" by our friend "MrHunt", but some others from 1981/1980/1979/1978 have already been improved by our other mate "F1PlloteJV.Some other cars from 1977 (I've already adapted them but the improvements are missing, in this case, 2 versions of the Copersucar FD04, 2 versions of the Copersucar F5 and the Brabham BT45B version.

For now from 1950 to 1975 (everything finished, with what we already had, which is constantly available and what has already been converted/adapted, the exception is 1968/1969 where there are still cars to be made/adapted).

I would like to share it (I don't intend to stock it just for myself), but everyone knows why it can't be shared publicly.I don't want any problems on my side, no intrigues and problems that could further harm my health, I'm not a "development studio" employee. I just convert/adapt/modify, in a simple way (not complete, not always the most effective and 100% perfect), but which in the end brings us moments of fun.

But anyone interested will certainly know how to get it.

As an beginning classic car race simmer with a limited budget, I was also concerned by this modernist flattened steering wheel, but I can tell you in VR this flattened is a nice extra.

From what I can understand, sometimes problems related to previews with the CSP are due to the settings in the HDR section among the various preview options. Try changing the filter and managing the exposure, gamma and white point parameters in order to limit the excessive brightness of the preview and the "contrast" (I don't know if it's correct to talk about contrast but it's to give you an idea). Maybe it's not the right solution for your case, but I recommend you to try it.

Seems that the CSP preview feature from CM works better than last time before my PC had a failure from motherboard (which got replaced by a better one), as before each car was rendered unconsistently randomly with light sources, this time it's thankfully all consistent.

However, I would like to know how can I modify ClearGT previews making them look like (at least close to) the ones from GT7, as the light sources are a bit too bright IMO. Also I use latest version of Pure and S K Y GT PPFilter with settings from here.

Maybe another 30.000€ needed per Month to tell Ilja that for this money you could hire a human or robot to answer everything, instead of releasing people every few months with versions of Rain+ that are not progressing, with new features that no one needs anyway and a million settings packed into something that will take another 562 years until it reaches version 1.0 and then no one will talk about it anymore or is trapped in this "Assetto options clicking simulator" with new bugs in every new Version!

its unfortunately what happens when someone is paid waaaaaaaaay more than the value of the actual project they are making or just paid to much in general, that 30k a month is just 1 revenue stream there are others aswell that are just a 1 off payment so the real figure per year would be close to half a million i bet and that is far to much money to stay in tune and "of the people" it just is, there is a reason why i have seen people warn about there "elitist attitude" over on there discord (i think) its all down to money and partly "status". I have said this before to much money is like a shot of heroin once you have it you become a slave to the dollar/pound/euro and nothing else matters.

i have been at the stage where i do wonder what it is that will make him fix bugs like when you grab an AO of a car and the AO that CM produces doesnt "pop out" infront of the already open windows like it should so you cant do anything with it this happens 8 times out of 10 and since i have been skinning its become a major problem and a fiddly mess that does not need to be, other things like if you minimize CM but the Cm showroom is open it will 9 times out of 10 hard crash CM when you close the CM showroom. The list could go on and on but you get my point.

as people you need to have the mental awareness of what large amounts of money can do to you i do not think he has this awareness.

does that mean he should of created CM for totally free? no of course not

what i am saying is there are levels to everything


what would wake him up i hear you say and start fixing bugs..........answer: stop giving him your bloody money everymonth!! the only time he will actually listen is when the money starts to dry up it happens everytime and then and only then will the "elitest attitude" be dropped


not coming from a place of hate its just my opinion, he has basically given us Assetto corsa 2 in a way and fair play to him i am gratefull for his hard work, i just think the money has got to his head a little and due to that the priorities are all out of whack
