Car used: Genesis G70 3.3T P.Package.

Strategy:

- Let the AI overtake you on the main straight.

- Catch on their draft. With the gearing I set, I managed to top out at 290 km/h+

- Pit in at the end of Lap 7. The NSX and GT-R AI cars pit in early.

- The AI are slow in the corners, as usual.

Note: The Genesis eats up its front tires quick. Better control your corner entry speeds.

Ideal lap time should be around 2:14 or 2:13

The result:

Also successful with the Impreza GC8 STi Type R Coupe Ver. VI. Same strategy as above (but I set the Fuel Map on 3 on Lap 7 as I am conserving fuel at that point, but returned to 1 after refueling)

Also, that Subaru had no widebody.

Basically, put as little aero as possible. Widebodies nerf your top speed big time. The Genesis did have a widebody yet it still has the speed.

Thanks for your reply. You well explained but strangely i am too slow in this race dont know why? I will try your setup.

Gallo's NSX is AWD with hybrid system which gives him a huge boost out of the hairpin and into the main straight. However, he's on a two-stopper with Sport Soft tires and will start to coast during his pit in lap. You can take advantage of this by pitting late.

Suswillo's GT-R is one of the fastest cars on the straights, but isn't very good in the corners. He's on a one-stopper but will start to coast to save fuel around lap 5, which makes him very slow and easy prey.

Your main opponent is actually Kokubun whose RE Amemiya is a very balanced car, but he's beatable if you use a good car.

I used M3 '07 with minimal aero, Sport Medium tires and TC1 to prevent RWD from ruining my day. Wide, but still hit 300 kph on the main straight. Not as fast as the leaders, but it doesn't matter. Can do 2:12 lap times.

I used racing soft maybe thats the reason. You are talking about sport soft or medium. I will try

I ended up winning comfortably with the Subaru GrB road car tuned to 600pp on sports mediums, one stop needed. Front tyres die a bit at the end as the track dries up but if you don't get too many penalties it's easy enough... the key does seem to be either AWD or a car that can no-stop.

Seeing as half the track is just one long straight, I used the free R35 GT-R from the Cafe.

Mostly stock except for custom suspension and LSD, ballast, power restrictor, and optionally 50:50 torque split. It can hit 200mph with the stock gearbox and easily keep up with the AI. You do need to stiffen up the suspension and play around with the LSD because the default settings are very floaty.

I found 2:13 to be a comfortable lap time for a one stopper. You can cruise through the sweeping turns on fuel map 2 and use fuel map 1 sparingly out of the slow corners.

Not exactly the ideal car for this because you have to wrestle it into the corners and the front tires will take a beating but it was cheap to set up I don't like buying specific cars just to beat an event.

I used gtr’17. Sports hard. No tyre change. Fuel map 1 all the way. Pit at lap 7. Kokubun sometimes will be a lot faster than usual so it’s pretty random. Usually I see suswillo or gallo ahead of him.
Also avoid touching barrier as it incur 5 sec penalty, effectively killing your race win chance.

From my observations, any car with 400-500 bhp and 290-320 kph top speed can win easily. You make those Sport Mediums somehow last, and pit on lap 7.

Gallo will always pit twice. He's no threat. Sometimes you can block him when you're leaving the pits, which dooms him to 3rd behind Kokubun.

Suswillo will always pit on lap 6, but by the time he pits, his tires are shot and he has no fuel, so he loses a lot of time trundling around the track.

I've been wondering if it's possible to win without pitting. With a lightweight, low powered car on Sport Hards, I think it might be.

It is, with basically a gimped stock GTR

It's not fast, fm2 most of the race with short shifting. The thing is down to 379HP to get below 600pp

Has anyone gotten a clean race bonus for this race or is it even possible? 825k would be a very good payout.
Of course. Just becareful during the first lap first right corner as there is where they mostly bunch up. Once you clear that , it will be easy to pass them. I even had a light tap on AIs back once and I still manage to get CBR.
However , I don’t think this is the best farming event. It’s raining and wet and dark. And you can only race below 600pp. I haven’t try with sardegna yet but I bet that’s on clear blue sky.

Why doesn't this, and the other two new events show in my game (updated to 1.11)?
This 'event' can be found in the Missions section, not the World Circuits.

EDIT; Ofcourse it's not. :indiff:

No ****ing way! I always loose- hat this game
Dont give in, not as hard as it looks.

I tried it a few times thinking it was impossible so decided to just use a random car.. the ford GT '06.
I beat it by 20seconds.

Main focus was keeping the RWD car off the wall.

@CoenRSD Its a world circuit event.

Tip, try setting the game difficulty to hard. I just found out on the Tsukaba mission that the difficulty setting works backwards. I had it set to easy from farming before and the AI was doing 0:57 laps on the Tsukaba endurance race. I set it to hard and now the AI is doing 1:00 flat...

Maybe it's just a glitch with that race or the human comedy missions, yet reading here that some are beating these events with a huge lead, maybe it's glitched here as well.

Btw, still got the CRB with a 5 sec penalty in one of my failed attempts. I think you only lose it by hitting the AI. I got the CRB at Sardegna as well despite hitting the wall quite hard. A little rub with the AI doesn't matter, yet any forceful contact can cost you the CRB. Avoid their brake checks etc.

No. The three new event is in the World Series, not missions.

CRB failed only if you ran off course or bump into AI too hard. Hitting the wall or wall riding won’t affect CRB.

I tried lots of way but impossible for me because my lap times were not faster or same with Aİ

You're bound to get the clean race bonus just from trying to avoid a 5s penalty for tapping a bollard too hard.

I just a CRB with 15 secs penalty. I would have had 4th with just 5s, but the other 10s dropped me to 7th. I think I'll change tires next time. :D

Yeah my bad.

The GR Yaris works well for this. I managed to do the fastest lap of around 2:11 with it. The car is fully tuned with sports hards. The race is definitely hard and took me a good number of tries to nail it. Currently exploring the option of other cars that can do this. The Impreza 22B seems to be a good candidate.

I'm having a pretty hard time with this one too. I can't come close to the times some of you guys are putting down, and I'm always in the last few positions in the back. Spent over 600k on several different cars and setups so far with no good result.

Here's another car I can recommend. I got a way better result than the Genesis:

911 GT3 (997) '09

Important notes:

- Install just the rear wing. No widebody, no rear diffuser.

Strategy:

- Shift at 8k rpm.

- Draft behind AI.

- Pit at Lap 9.

Fastest lap done: 2:11.xxx

The result:

Used this car and setup, and easily won. You gotta be very careful with the throttle and steering.
Thanks for sharing

I just came 4th with 28:07, vs your 1st with 28:09. I had the AI difficulty on hard. I think I can do it a lot faster, though, I just used my Huracan '15 with SM tyres that is the fastest 600 car I've found for Suzuka. It was getting destroyed by the AI down the straights, but crushed them through the handling parts. I was struggling all the way for fuel, even mix 4 wasn't enough, I had to go to 6 to make it to the finish. I'll try adjustments to the build/tune.

Have you finished the cafe?

I tried the gr4 atenza on IM and gave up on the 2nd lap. Can I make this car work on different tires or even starting on IM if I just keep going?
