Champ Car is back?

I came across the Champ car website and it has 2012 race dates, and it has sole of the older drivers that race in Indy car today. Anyone have any ideas?

And possibly for credit card fraud considering the "store".
Instead of having a cart system and some form of legit payment transfer, it asks you to use the "Contact" tab at the top and send your card information that way.

Very, VERY shady.
