~_~ man your a jerk, thats the exact one sitting in my garage.

i'm a jerk but you love me. but if you think i'm being mean now... ha! i havent started on you yet... you culinary school drop out.

i DID love you, the love is slipping since you had an identity crises and changed your name the 'the ed3'

well honey i'm so sorry about that...

and that you bought a carbed wanna be...

eh, im happy with it, i have no plans to do any engine mods. ( coz im such a ricer and everything) and you can cram your sorry.

you should at least get bolt ons for it. i'm sure you could get a little more fun out of it.

a header, high flow cat, cat-back exhaust... look into some larger carbs and a mild cam would be nice.

Hmm, beside you being a jerk, i need your juicy brain for a moment.

What exact model did this light cluster come from?.. coz if im gunna ask for one over the phone its gunna be hard to describe it .. is it the series 1 EF?

hmm. kewl. and the 90 - 91 models where the horizontal layout?.. with the reverse lights in the middle bit?

Thats quite some link. But google is truely lame when im trying to find something so specific. I think ill take my chances blundering about with my vague desriptions to the poor person on the other end that has to decipher my knowledge impediment.

you want 1988-1991 civic sedan info you know where to go. www.wwwefcivicsedan.kazorum.com

i'd like to share an idea for my car project if i ever get the money for it.

i want to either repaint it the stock color or nsx midnight pearl.

i think i'll stick with the usdm front end and just switch to clear corner lights and bumper lights. i might look for a jdm wing though. damn hard to find things.

i'm also still planning on a forced induction D series. an ls/vtec sounds nice but i dont wanna put that much money into it to get 200hp.

i'm also going to switch to a black and grey interior.

this is what it looks like now more or less. these pics are a year old but you get the idea.

Those pics are almost 4 years old..lol.

Im quite happy with the interior i got, its black and gry, and it looks real clean. The lights you got are the ones im looking for, and the back bumper off the first civic picture you posted, the one with the licence plate to the side.

That colour off the NSX should be mad. You doing it yourself? Also, do you know the name of the colour of my car? Coz when i get the bumper i wanna know what colour its suposed to be :)

they are a year old this month. the date is wrong. i dont like the color of my interior but whatever. its at least a 5 speed.

i wouldnt be painting it myself. it needs to be stripped down and fully redone. i dunno if i really wanna pay for it all though.

i dunno what color you car is... i could look it up though...

what i'll probably end up doing though is this...

f7565c36.jpg

with mugen cf48's or white kosei k1's. maybe some rota slips i dunno. probably get a cf hood...

yeahs, that is realy nice and clean. Man theyre mad *sniffle*

did that help? the letter/number code between the color name and the years it was offered is the oem color code.

THE ED3

ED3, SP33 probably does not have the cash at the moment to do all that.
He sounds like the type of guy that if he did have more money to spend he would have spent it on a later model Civic.

i know he doesnt have the money to buy a lot of parts if any. i was simply saying they would be a good way to improve the performance of his car.

but saying he would have bought a newer model of civic is wrong. he does not love this model like i do, but if he bought a newer model is wouldnt be much newer.

this is imo of him though he can answer for himself.

Hmm, well. I was looking at a few EG's but other then that the rest of the civic model range is rather oogluh XD. EK's etc all too round and weird. <-- another reason i dont like hatchbacks. Now that i have an EF civic sedan im soo happy i got it :) its a whole lot of fun to drive and unbelievably good on fuel, ive done 300kms.. 187Miles and its still above half a tank :) you cant argue with that considering its only a 40L tank..lol.

No i dont love the model as much as you, but dam theyre mighty-fine. IT took me quite the time to find the one i wanted to, and although i didnt even consider getting another type of car its definately paid off. The only bad thing is that i cant find parts for the dam thing. Not that it needs parts, just things like that light cluster i asked you about earlier, because its such a rare model over here im gunna be boned finding one for a while i reckon.

Everythings good so far, no major fall-aparts to talk about as of yet.

Its good to hear you're car is going well. Mine has turned white under all the snow we have been getting.
