And darren you should race Spoil-t if you don't want the bad rooms. Him & me are on it around this time so race us. :sly:

Does his girlfriend have a 200mph RX-7 in the game too?

Hahahah, everyone keeps talking down about my X-BOW is T4. Hell, Atleast I can control it. :)

You can through that stubby battlewagon into corners horizontally and it'll pull through smoking all four tyres.

Yeah. Gotta tap that e-brake. I do it all the time in my VW.

On the PSN Store I can see the Headstart Pack and the McLaren Racing Pack, none of which were in my preorder. Are these like the other preorder bonuses from other sites? :nervous:

*I ordered from Amazon BTW.

I think the BRZ is turbo. Or, at least it sounds like it when you shift.

How is it all? Good?

McLaren and the GT-R packs came with a preorder at GameStop.

Codemasters really didn't polish the graphics for this game. Blurry sponsor decals, very pixelated trees, & sticker dashes.

Urgh. I can't be the only one who can't win the Cote D'Azur overtake challenge. :grumpy:

Scratch that, it was simples :dopey:

Due to living arrangement atm I can't go online but playing offline is still decent, currently sitting at 2mill+ fans. Anyone else find the S2000 best for drifting?

You must be on the console version then, on the PC it is one of the best looking racers (great car/environment detail and very high FPS) I have ever seen if you can run Ultra graphic settings. The current generation consoles are not going to have the power to run the latest games (pCARS will be another that looks fantastic on the PC but will have to be dumbed down to run on the consoles).

I guess the lack of anti-aliasing kills the graphics for the PS3. Everything looks great at a medium distance. Close up & far away you get crap.

Man, this is growing on me.

So upgrading handling online adds visual mods as well. Cool.👍

Haha, I just stole 2nd in an endurance race by 10ft.

We was both in R34s and at the last turn with 2 seconds left, he drifted the hairpin wide, so I cut my drift short and in the inside. We didn't bump and I passed him. It was like 43,091 to 43,101. :)

And now since its the weekend..people have got the game.. the wrecks have started again..

Well that just means if you can avoid the first corner crashes then you have an easy win.

Being in that X-BOW and being in the middle of the pack doesn't help when you're in T4. I got ate alive. Lol.

Even if 11 cars gang rape you into the first corner you can still easily place first. Like all of the custom games have collisions off but where is the fun in that? If you're worried about getting touched in a racing game then you're playing the wrong game.

I'm in a room with Nick right now. Showing him around the online universe if anybody wants to join us.

So far that's my favourite car. I'm so quick in it. Winning almost everything.

Top tip, on overtake challenges think like B Spec bob and you can actually go through the other cars. :dopey:

Oh good, I'm at 760,000 and I was worried I'd get to 1,000,000 and it would tell me "Congrats, you got 1 million fans", "Thanks for playing", "Have fun online".

I use my through back livery BMW e30 and drift it round corners. That car to me has the best engine sounds next to the Viper.

Also I'm at 10,000,000 fans in single player and still haven't finished it yet. Still got one more season to go.

Wait, limited seasons? It's not going to go on forever like the first GRID? :( Unless there was one.

Just bought 2 more cars for online. Man that BAC Mono is almost God-like..

Im having a ton of fun with this game sound is good graphics are fine for me on the ps3 anjoying the powersliding but there is definitly suttle differences between driving a z vs a nsx ( I really like my z on there though lolol) story mode is interesting and multiplayer took a little bit to get used to but I am enjoying this nonthe less this gams should last me at least till GT6 and NFS rivals come out

Yeah, it looks prettay bad. :yuck:

I mean, I think most have realistic expectations on console graphics at this point, but I at least expected it to look somewhat similar to DiRT 3. It's not even close to D3, imo
