Go CornHuskers, i just like the name, im not really that interested in collage football until it gets down to the playoffs when it really counts then i migh watch a few more games. You guys gunna join the NFL pool ??
Well if OU would have played Paul Thompson in the 2nd half of last year's Iowa State game, they would have a decent back-up if Jason White went down. I still don't understand why they didn't play him, Iowa State didn't have a chance of coming back and PT needed/needs the playing time. I don't know if Jason White will last the whole season or not; but even if, I think PT can come in and fill in much like Jamelle Holloway did when he had to! And plus I don't think the offense is OU's strong point this year. The defense is going to be killer . . . returning 10 of 11 starters on defense is tough. And now that Stoops has turned the program around, it is crazy all the talent and players that want to come to OU again now that we are winning again . . . too bad I never got to see the Switzer years . . . .

Cornhuskers??? HA! They haven't been all that great since Osbourne left. College football is just a whole lot more fun to watch than the NFL game . . . it just has a better atmosphere to it. What NFL pool is this that you are talking about?
Interesting, I never really followed OU football so I didn't know they had a back-up that should have played that didn't. Well from what it looks like right now the Buckeyes need to find a replacement for Clarett.

Well the reason I say they should have played him last year is that they played him for like the last three minutes in a game earlier in the year because they were blowing the team away. The Iowa State game they had in hand at halftime and should've played Paul Thompson that whole time to get him more experience.
