Try to make the penalty system more strict. This will stop people from smashing into each other when penalties are being handed out.
Don't wait for incident reports to investigate the replay; do it yourself.

I have organised lots of races back on GT6 and it was a crashfest at the beginning. When I started to be more strict with contacts and everything, the races were fun and clean.

What I did for my series was join public lobbies featuring the same category of racing, and asked around to see if anyone was interested. Having open public lobby days are another good way to meet people with a similar interest.

Try and find some big discord communities, join them and ask the administrators if you can advertise your series there mate. That will get you the people you want @DynamicGT

Right now I am looking at a DRL reopening/rebranding sometime in June this year when I am finished my exams which will practically give me and the admins a whole year to re-work the series to get it where it needs to be. It’s been a tough road and I want to thank you all who stuck with me throughout. Hopefully we will go on to bigger and better things.
