For total diminance on Tokio Expressway the best car is Ford Focus RS '18 with swapped engine to V8-GT-LM. I got up to 30+ sec in front of 2nd place and always overtake the last guy.

Best part that it can do all 12 laps on 1 tank, no refuling.
Most enjoyable part that it so fast and stable out of corners, that you gain time not on straight.

Specs: Max out on everything. Tires: SH, +200lb balast, output 70%, power restrictor 83%.

You sure you're talking about GT5: Prologue and not GT7?
