Honestly every time I go I complain about tyre wear haha. If I even see x12 for the group 4 cars at Salzburg I will be emailing back saying give us a chance at least! Maybe Jaffa Cakes would work, not tried that yet!
They are giving you guys a chance, though. You get to race the RCZ.

Oh, and I can't even run a 23 at Maggiore in TT. It's doable but I've suffered enough.

oooo I know, I ran it all last year remember xD! I got a P2 with it at Yamagiwa somehow, I still can't believe that!

@Tidgney... Jaffa Cakes............man do I miss those!

They are legendary, it's now my official statement to bring them to world tours to compete with the cookie monster @TRL LIGHTNING

On Saturday, I had finished in seventh place at round 38 of the Nations Cup, scoring 342 points. This is the fifth time in stage 4 I had scored 300+ points.

At round 18 of the Manufacturers Series, I had finished 10th with 290 points. I decided to end my campaign at this season's MS to focus on Round 39 of the Nations Cup tomorrow.

The RTC race should be at a higher speed circuit. Tsukuba is going to be a bore fest. Passing only by bumping and if you lose momentum, good luck.
You weren't wrong, no changes of position in the top 5 after the 3rd corner of the race.

You're not wrong there, although way down the back of the field things were slightly more eventful. I qualified 15th, and spent about the first 3 laps dodging accidents left right and centre, but after the race settled down it was quite dull. I managed to climb to 11th, but then misjudged the final turn on about lap 6, and lost 5 places. Not one of my best performances.

That's me in the red

Manufacturers was far more exciting, having qualified 3rd in my second attempt. There were some very tense moments as everyone in the top 5 battled it out, with some top driving on display. I managed to hold off the drivers behind me as long as I could, but ended up back in 5th as my tires wore down and the lap times began to slip. No matter, it was my third highest point score over all, and one of the more enjoyable races I've had.

Mustang can be really quick for qualifying here. Going for a +2k point finish tonight, if I hit it I will probably retire for the season.

Good luck! My plan is to get a sub 1:23 quali time and hopefully stay in the draft of one of the leaders hoping they battle it out and lose time. I’m just looking to better my lowest score this evening.

Nations was abit.. how you say...Gash!
Not my cuppa tea tbh, but still gave it a go with 90min practice (yeah, straight in from work).
Qualified 7 with 1.08.9 and stayed 7..didn't see one overtake in front, no penalties either...just a Mazda train.. basically it's tough work on that course and qualifying wasn't as bad as I thought. Roll on Saturday

Soooo... who wants to see me get absolutely destroyed with the TT? If so take a watch! We'll see if we can fix the problem to after :D!

My last fight with the Gr.4 Mitsubishi in the FIA Manufacturers is over with a solid result of 8th place. Qualified ok in a 1.25.0 which got me 10th. If I had been a tenth quicker I would have gotten 6th :( Maybe should have tried for a slipstream off somebody.

Anyway race went ok and had a couple of decent battles, but the Mitsu just doesn't have enough power to overtake unless the person in front makes a big mistake so wasn't much I could do apart from buzz around in their mirrors and hope they crashed :)

1 more race for Mitsubishi and then I can abandon ship and they can boost the BoP :)

Well, it's about to be another Nations round of racing in the top split with no practice. See you guys in the final slot of the evening! Good luck to everyone who hasn't raced yet.

Edit: whoops, I suck :(

I had entered the 39th and penultimate round of the 2019 Nations Cup. Of the 19 drivers who entered that race, two had retired from it. I had started in 18th place but finished 9th with 260 points.

Hated everything about tonight's manufacturers race. Mainly that I spent hours practicing for a 13 minute race.

First two races were a bust, and I'm kinda done with the FIAs now. So I'll be indulging in plenty of legal Canadian herbs before the 3rd, and will probably burn it all to the ground. Best of luck to everyone else!

Decent qualy lap here with no draft put me on 4th behind 2 4cs lol. Overtook one, and was doing a great race on decent pace and saving as much rubber as I could until things kicked in in lap 7. Really unfortunate.

In nations a did only one race qualy p4 ended up in p4 also, not much to say about the race it self since it´s a train race, i did lose 2 positions and recovered wich was cool since it was hard to overtake.

Manufacturers didn´t whent that well, first race i qualy 3rd but in T1 i did a mistake ended up in p10, 2nd race i couldn´t make a clean qualy lap qualy p12 ended up in p9.

The manufacturer was a bit messy qualyfications and even in races people were just to moody in last race i had to ram a guy just cause i was getting full of the attitude he just dived to overtake me and ramed me, in the next lap i didn´t forgive him, that was the just last case but both qualy and races i did were in the same level of bad driving myself included, i felt people whant badly to gain positions and forgot about manners.

Nations: TRACK DAY, BRO. Rather decent race, still can't get grips (despite N300 vs Gr.4 grind training races) to a decent pace. (Oh, and a HK driver ran a "Free Hong Kong" livery.)
Manufacturers: 11pm race in a time where I should've sleeping (didn't do 7-10 slots due to real life), decision to restart out lap after a wall collision penalty during first out lap = jobbing again.

One more round of Manufacturer's to go. A look at the standings...

A quick rundown of where things will go in terms of which regions will be represented. Since there is a Top 16 race, all the top Manu point will be earned there:

Lexus - CSA is locked. According to my math, NA is also locked. They can be overtaken by Asia but EMEA can only tie and would lose the tiebreaker. 40 by Asia would guarantee them in.
Mercedes - CSA's only route to the last spot is getting a 40 without NA getting one. A tie would occur and CSA has the tiebreaker.
Toyota - All spots decided
BMW - EMEA locked in. All other regions still have a shot at the other two spots. Oceania must get a 40, however. NA in the strongest position since they have both the 2nd highest total score and lowest 5th best score to improve upon.
Porsche - All spots decided
Jaguar - All spots decided
Aston Martin - All spots decided
Ford - All spots decided
Alfa Romeo - NA and CSA locked in. EMEA can only get in with a 40 and Asia does not improve their current score by more than 1.
Hyundai - NA and EMEA locked in. If CSA does not improve, Asia needs a 36 (33 ties but they lose tiebreaker). Oceania can take spot with a 30 (it will tie but likely would win tiebreaker).
Audi - EMEA and Oceania locked in. NA needs at least a 33 if Asia cannot improve.
Chevrolet - Asia locked in. If NA cannot score a 40, CSA will be in. NA can score a 36 and take Asia's spot if they do not improve. My math shows EMEA is eliminated.

In terms of whether another Manu can take another Manu's spot, I tried to tinker with a few scenarios. All I have is:
Slowbaru - They have three strong drivers. If they all win their respective T16 race, they would be up to 681. They would still need one of the other regions to improve slightly on their rather low 5th score and hope Chevrolet doesn't improve their score at all. Not impossible but the path is super narrow.
Madza - Asia has the possibility of getting a big score but all the other regions are huge question marks. If Barcelona is a really good Madza combo, then they can outperform and gather the necessary points.
Everyone else - Eliminated. The gap is too much at this point.

Yesterday was disappointing for me. I only had time to do the last slot for both races.

The Nations Race didn’t even happen because the game froze while loading the lobby. This really annoyed me because I was looking forward to racing the Mazda Roadster TCs again.

As for Manufacturers, I got a 1:26.xxx during practice, but was unable to replicate it during qualifying and got a 1:27 instead. As a result, started in 17th and finished in 11th.
