I've always been a fan of a qualifying race ala the Daytona Duels a couple of hours before practice starts, only they don't actually determine starting position (rather who makes the field). Whoever makes it on podium is in the 500 (But they cannot participate in actual 500 qualifying, and must start at the rear of the field)

My best is still a 12.8
I need to practice for TOCA before I do some more laps at Madrid. My FGT's LSD is still wrong and I need to sort out gearing, as well as checking fuel and tyre wear.
