Any chance I can join in too? I'll try to hang out with you guys as much as I can! :D

Hey can I join? I have over 500 cars and I love free run!

I might not always be on though, as I need to finish off some A spec enduros, and do a few hundred b spec grinds with the fan trick to get platinum.

I would love to join this club. I create lobbies pretty much every day, so I'm pretty active.

I've been having issues connecting to the host Lbpomg95, it says network incompatibility error 768, tried from the lounge and open lobby menu, same deal.

Hello all.

Finally had a chance to get on today, so here I am.

QG hasn't messaged me back yet.

I bet I will never make it to the photoshoots, I have dinner at around 6:30 (facepalm)

I would like to officially join :D

You say you are looking for regular members well i am on my playstation pretty much everyday and i am online on average from 1pm-7am.
Currently, i have low a and b spec levels, hardly any cars and no licenses as my data corrupted one time and i have recently bought a new PS3.
The rules seem reasonable and followable :D

Couple things I've noticed:

~Driving full-blown race cars all of the time isn't a good idea. Usually the only Driving Aid that's turned on is ABS, meaning any race car with gobs of power and torque (LMP, Group C) isn't going to do well. If you don't have a lead foot (like I have about 85% of the time), then try to be as clean as possible, as stated in the OP. I love Pescarolos and such as much as the next guy, but in our rooms... they're a lot harder to control. And if you do screw up with them enough... I'll collect your bodies.

~Certain cars garner respect from certain members. I love to see anything from Honda, Amuse, or Lotus - and the occassional Nissan or Supra. Plus about anything British. Ibpomg95 (leader) has an affinity for any Subaru Impreza or Legacy, with 60+ models and counting.
~By the same token, some cars are abhorred. Evo IX's and Evo X's... are just generally hated. Many Evos are considered rolling traffic cones in this game - they do make excellent trolling/ramming cars, however. A few exceptions include the two 70's Lancers and the Evo III (That's a personal choice.) Other piles of junk (by our standards) include most Audis, Volkswagens, and Chryslers...
That is, if you don't tune them properly. Many of the cars from the above manufacturers are a lot more difficult to tune properly than others, such as Hondas. If you have the aptitude for tuning those cars, and they work well for you, then go right ahead and use them. We just don't want to see Audi TT's understeering into a wall or another driver.

~Any incredibly good grip tunes for R34 Skyline GT-R's instantly gives you God Status in the world of tuning in GT5. (Amuse CarbonR DOES NOT COUNT.)

More later.

Nice little info pack there, FE10. He's pretty much right as well. Most of us don't like Evo's, but they're not banned and we're not exactly going to grill you for driving one. GroupC/LMP cars are pretty difficult because of their power, but a little rear camber and some lowered L.S.D settings and they're easy enough to drive. As for Audi's, if you tune an RS 6 well, you'll have a whale of a time with us. Subaru's are a favourite, but that 60+ only accounts for the Impreza's. I have another 30-ish Legacy's. Lotus, Honda, Jaguar and Lamborghini are also personal favourites.

Nice comment about collecting bodies, by the way, I'll help you with the Silverado, eh?

Is there someone else in the club that I can add so I can join the fun through the lounge ? I am not sure if it will work, so far I can't join room hosted by lbpomg95 due to 768 error ( network incompatible) :(

Not sure whether it'd work or not but try adding hary-loo or long-haired-lout. Or any of the regulars on the list.

I'll sometimes get this when I have a lot of traffic on my internet - try using a CAT-5e cable (wired connection) or kick everyone else off any devices in your house.:sly:

Or, if you have a mic that loves to cut out while you're playing, like mine.

~The members of the FRC are known to not hold in any feelings on how cars' exhausts sounds. Racing exhausts generally sound like ****, according to quite a few people... Or vaccuum cleaners. Or hoovers. Or whatever your country calls them things.

~On the subject of car tuning once more... Some of us (Ibpomg95, etc...) are brilliant at tuning most cars. Others, like yours truly, aren't as good with certain things... But are sufficient with others.

I am on wired connection with CAT5 from my laptop to my PS3, and I don't have mics. This also happens when I want to connect my other friend from another country. I tried to get another friend hosted a public room, both of us can join but we can't see each other in the track. So this might happen between me and LBPOMG95, if I joined a room hosted by someone else, we can both join in, but we are likely won't be able to see each other in the track. There is no fix for this I guess, maybe our ISP network is incompatible :(

I don't have issues with other games like Battlefield when online, smooth as butter.

Excellent cruise today, first time using the LFA. Wish it had downforce...

And sorry for the last-section lag.

Sorry I haven't joined recently, I've been having BIG internet problems. :(

I'll be getting hold of a driving force GT end of september and when I have it I would love to take part. I'll be back to post here again soon.

I am a good guy I will (definitely) follow the rules this page is the best and i'm changing my comment

Not sure if three people

Or one person with 3 accounts...

I've reffered two of those people, just because people are showing an interest in FRC it doesn't mean suspicion should be aroused :L
