If they're going to force crappy CUVs on us, can they at least give us the manual and/or non-hybrid model variants that aren't saddled with kick you in the nuts annoying CVTs.
Probably not. I guess the manufacturer wants to "show off" their popular flavours. Why stop the assembly line to pick the manual or fun variant out the bunch?:sly:

Or just let us swap them out in the mod shop. I think you can do this with the Honda Fit? Should be available for all. I'd love to do a Toyota Prius custom race series if we could swap it to a manual...

The extra bullet point: new scapes added!
Those are never brought up in trailers though, right?

Stuff brought up in trailers if it’s not cars or a track is more of the “Sophy in custom races” calibre if I’m not mistaken.

They should also be releasing a news post on the GT website at the same time as the trailer dropping. Those do tend to list other small additions like new scapes.

And even then that's not necessarily everything, as after the update is released the full patch notes gets revealed with even smaller changes and/or bug fixes.

In the "big updates" (PSVR2, Spec II, last July), they tend to throw a Scapes feature into the trailer to pad out the runtime a bit.

In updates other than those three, the only things I can remember being in trailers other than cars or tracks are 120Hz support and Sophy 2.1, yeah.

Well from what I've known from the previous updates, it's very unlikely that we'll see anymore new tracks, maybe 1 if that. But it's PD's decision what each of the remaining updates brings to the game. They should be original and not repeated concepts and design. However they shouldn't stop bringing the settings for the scapes. Maybe select one new area that they have not featured in gt7. For example, Chicago has already taken.

@Nakano219 yeah, I remembered the Sophy part.

If there isn't a new circuit this time, which is more than likely the case, then that means we will be going a whole year without a new one, since Eiger Nordwand released in July 2024.

…and, we dodged a bullet with this one. Whew!

Six-speed auto or eight-speed auto? Hoping it’s the six-speed, but I’d imagine it’s the “GT Sport” model. ;)
