It is the part that was heard in the video of Twitch. It might not transmitted well by the translation.
Car: There is no change.
Track: Reduced 4 Location?
Campaign Mode: Total 117 to 115 (reduced from mission event is 62 to 60)

Other interesting comments:
''VGT is about half remaining. Each manufacturer has us prepared for GTS.''
''The GTS of the monthly calendar can be planning an event using each manufacturer.''
''PSVR is functioning in the studio. Want to play in the Release Date.''
''Scheduled to be completed after 56 days.''

There clearly is. It's written right there, in the PD video.
Sorry, it was corrected immediately.

Is the screen shot for the first time of WRX STI Road Car?

I believe so. I remember seeing a "race" version but not the road one.

There was a tiny peak of the top of it in one trailer that someone spotted but this is the first clear shot.

Only 15 locations now?

Wasn't it supposed to be 19?

Wait what? Maybe it just a mistake? Why it's still 27 layout if it has been reduced by 4 location? So confusing. -_-

Quicker to make a layout for an existing track than finish a whole new location.
What a coïncidence? 27, the same as before. Ninja correction from Poly or a simple mistake on the slide ? 19 was not huge but now 15...

They haven't updated their official count on their site yet. 19 tracks is already small, reducing it by 4 is disappointing.

I know Sony will have conferences in Paris Games Weeks and TGS, but I hope to see some interesting news and information about GTS in Gamescom. The game will be in our hands in only 3 months and we only saw 6 tracks. I want to see more tracks and some gameplay footage in rain and night.

I was there today in hk game show, however, i didnt hear any exciting news from father of GT
And played the game, I guess this was E3 build ver

Hope it's a mistake but given the current state of what has been shown can't say it is unexpected.

Laughable how we should take anything official they say with a grain of salt.

Well, if there's a silver lining, it's this: that means more tracks will have multiple variations, since that number (27) has stayed the same.

That's good, right? :guilty:

If all those 'new' multiples are the Tokyo Expressway, this place is gonna blow up.

:D

I find Gran Turismo Sport hugely disappointing so far. :guilty: It has great graphics, but it's missing the soul of Gran Turismo. Just when I was expecting an amazing next gen Gran Turismo game with 500+ cars, an immersive career mode and all the original tracks in 4K quality, we get a game that is basically a Prologue+ game.

I love how ninja they thought they were being with the track number reduction.

Can't get anything past GTP yo!

:gtpflag:

I doubt it's a mistake, all of the other slides are exactly the same as the earlier demonstrations with a few additional slides. Someone has consciously gone in and changed the number on that one.

Worst case scenario the additional layouts are reverse or very minor (Like the Monza 'no chicane' version).

Nobody but yourself to blame for that one, really.

True, I think my expectations were too high. I hope Polyphony does pull through and release a traditional Gran Turismo game some day. Playing Gran Turismo Sport, I would greatly miss the aspect of buying like a Honda Fit, and progressing through the beginner races and upgrading it as I go.

Suppose that's true, maybe these 4 tracks will not be completed on time....

Anyway, PoDi will add content after release. It doesn't change much, in the end.

You're right, doesn't bother me that much, but I'd love to know which ones didn't make the cut.....

As long as they add it for free like they did with GT6's DLC I'm ok with it.

Kaz was interviewed in Hong Kong several hours ago。I translated the most important answers into English。

”Sport Mode" is very friendly for new comers. the rookies of racing game need not to worry about the extreme
difficulty which often appears on other racing games, they can enjoy the game first. With the help of a delicated mechanism, the racing techinique level of new comers will be increased naturally and quickly.

PD plans to hire a professional F1 racing coach to work for the game. Once a gamer win the chance to enter the finals pf FIA-Gran Turismo Championships,he/she will be trained by the hired F1 coach before the finals begin。

PD have prepared a lot of offline gaming contents to make the old fans happy, the traditional pleasure of GT series is still there.

Kaz will appear in Shanghai this afternoon, maybe he can tell us more at that time。
