I'm liking the Z4 and the Ruf so hopefully I'll be in one of them :) there is a lobby up so if you want an invite message on the psn chat.

Well after driving for a while I noticed that I was getting motion sickness. I'm going to have to watch my playing time if this keeps up.

I second this, my other half really struggles with some of the views (bumper & hood) cause they give her headaches but she can use cockpit or the outside views without any problems.

I use hood cam.. A question for the controller users. How do you turn the controller vibration Off?

I'm using a wheel, but I think you can turn it off on the PSN main dashboard settings.

My T300 still shows up as a T500, some say its because its in PS3 mode but it don't work in PS4 mode.

put in in ps4 mode before plugging it in to ps4 then after wheel stops spinning press ps button to make the wheel work in menus coz if you dont press ps button wheel seems dead hope that helps mate
 
Hey guys. Well i just wanted to give my first impressions of the game. For starters, I like it. Alot. Handling is great. I think the physics are awsome. I got a 2:14 at Silverstone gp today with only a hand full of laps so this i can improve on. Ive seen some of you guys getting 2:10, 2:09 or something like that. Got some work to do. But all in all im really impressed with the game. I have messed with the ffb settings that Darin from ISSR suggested and thats helped take some of that weight out but i still dont think that side to side sway is quit right yet. And not sure which slider to fine to that. Lots of research to do. I will be on for awhile tomorrow early from about 6:45 am EST. time till around 12 pm so if anyone wants to join and practice silverstone and discuss any settings or anything, im ready.

Oh thanks ramsay i shall try that later 👍, its ok in PS3 mode its just now and again my rotation goes up the wall and i find it hard to turn.
 
This video is from one of the races last night. Some lag on the first lap shows why some people are getting puntted in the rear.

I didn't even notice that punt in the rear, I thought I was sliding! I was getting a bit of lag as well and I was hosting so it shouldn't have been my internet.

I forgot about that avoiding action I had to take after turn 4, came very close to rear ending the Ruf!

Is Barcelona in the series? I found it was a really nice track with the GT3's.

Still no joy, been told it shouldn't even work in PS3 mode. Don't know what the 🤬 go on!

I believe Barca is in the championship yes.
 
No need to update. The driver is in the ps4 os. If the switch is in the good position and the ps4 startup it calibrate and you have to link the wheel. Then it is possible you have to shut down and startup again the ps4 and link again.

So it maybe is the switch that does not fully contact in ps4 mode.

You could also try to clean a redo your ps4 database. It is a simple process and also gives a little boost to the os when you don't do it for a long time.

I just checked, it's on the 9th August. That will be a brilliant race, the GT3's seem at home there.

Is anyone up for doing another 25 lap pre-season race at the weekend?

Barca is hard on tires. Something I noticed last night. Overheating a major cause for concern. Left front and rear take a hammering. Setup will be key.

Yes, count me in!
As long as Sweden don't play in the finals in the world championship of hockey at that time, don't have the schedule memorized.
 
Alright then, seems we'll be having a race on Sunday then!

I'll pull together a list and we can work something out, I would guess the best time to do it would be 7PM BST (2PM EST/8PM CEST).

If we can get around 10/12 like before it'll be pretty good. Anyone got any preferences on track etc?
