You know, maybe as a little christmas miracle they will remember Music Rally is a game mode they promised to update. Like c'mon I don't even want it that badly but it's the option that's right there besides the literal main menu and somehow it has gotten no attention since launch. I put my trust in that at least one developer at Polyphony will see this disgrace for what it is.

My Guess for Christmas, a 10 pack for the 25th anniversary too.

  • Acura NSX, 1991 (Marks the return of Acura to Gran Turismo)
  • AEM S2000, 2005 (Drift competitor for the '17 Falken Tires Subaru BRZ)
  • Bentley Speed 8, 2003 (Marks the return of Bentley to Gran Turismo)
  • Infiniti G35 Coupe, 2006 (An Infiniti roadcar to accompany the VGT)
  • Jaguar XKR-S, 2011
  • Lexus LFA Nürburgring Package, 2012
  • Mazda Autozam AZ-1, 1992
  • Mazda Éfini RX-7 Type R, 1991
  • Oldsmobile Toronado Jay Leno, 1966
  • Volkswagen Kübelwagen, 1944 (A Competitor for the Willys Jeep)

I’m with you on this one. I’d love a little Canadian content to the game.
You've always got the Canadian tuner named "HPA Motorsports", it was in prior Gran Turismo titles.

HPA Motorsports FT565 Twin-Turbo Audi, 2007
HPA Motorsports Stage II R32, 2004

Which is pretty good, but you know what could be a VERY good christmas present? 👀

The RS6 Vs these returning bad boys would be Awesome too.

  • BMW M5, 2008 (The V10 Beamer)
  • Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, 2008 (The Mercedes Muscle V8)

How about the EG6 as a contender? That and the Corvette, were the first cars I saw, in the GT debut demo, at Grand Valley.

Cars:
-Ferrari VGT
-Dodge Challenger Demon
-Audi R8 V10
- Mazda roadster NB

Track:
-No new track but rain added for Deep Forest

Scapes:
-Pikes Peak

Features:
-24 hrs races

I'd be happy with any one of the following:

Toyota GT-ONE
Peugeot 905
Minolta Toyota
Nissan R390
Jaguar XJ220
Mercedes 190 E2

Once those are out of the way, my eyes will be on all new cars to the series.
Luckily the bolded 2 are coming at some point according to the datamine list from a few months ago, but I have a feeling that either the R390 and/or GT-ONE are returning as both are simply too iconic to leave out of GT7. Would also love to see the Minolta as I had a dream awhile ago that both the 88C-V and El Capitan showed up in the same update.

Add to this the Mine's cars (R32, R33 and R34) Castrol NSX, MCR R35, Amuse A80 Supra and BBL R32 and that will be my ultimate gt7 wishlist

Next update will just be bug fixes and maybe the ferrari VGT and that is it.
No new events.

Because making a few endurance races is too hard.
Even if they can use past endurance races as a template or even real life endurance races.

Considering we got the Sierra in November, I'm holding out hope for the 190E to make an appearance this month.

The E60 M5 is also looking increasingly likely to return soon, with the M2 Competition arriving to the game. Maybe the Alphard or Avantime will show up as the month's oddball pick.

As for the extreme hopium choice, PD LFA WHEN. I swear at this point it'll be the last car added to the game!

@Grayfox Im sure they can work on content at the same time but id honestly rather a focus on bugs. After the last update, im honestly not sure what to expect from the next one in December. Coule be anyones guess.

Well seeing as we ares till to really get any more additional races it seems they're focus is on something else.
These days they dont need to work as hard modeling cars like they use to with CAD and 3D scanners being more common than ever before.
But the lack of content is just sad.

PD is no longer a rinky dink development company, but a big name
They can afford to hire more devs, even if they only want to hire japanese devs, I am sure their would be countless devs wanting a chance to work for a big game developer with their reputation.

Considering PD apparently saw the recent 25th anniversary update as "the big one" and with the dec. update probably coming early on dec 15th, realistically I only expect the bare minimum:

  • Ferrari VGT
  • hopefully Mercedes 190 E2 (my M3 is missing its old playmate on the Nordschleife)
  • probably another variant of a random Silvia, GT-R, MX-5 or another low effort car

  • maybe new scapes (though we already got "christmassy" ones)
  • maybe new extra (collectors) café menus
  • no new track or variant of an existing one

  • breaking/rolling back the new/old rain radar again to the lame 3-shades-of-blue one
  • no fixing of splitscreen multiplayer (it's a kind of tradition at this point to keep it broken as it was at launch)
  • further reduction of internal LoD graphics settings, making Spa at night even more jerky and ugly

Dude is your avatar a real scape in GT7?? 🤔

I hope the Museums in Brand Central gets updated regarding the timeline section. Three to five new cars added in the game is also what I'm expecting in the December update.

Thought I'd have another guess at a 10 car pack

  • Lexus LFA '10 - Brand Central
  • Mercedes Benz 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II '91 - Used Cars
