Wow that video is AWESOME!

Might wanna put a warning on that for mild nudity and langauge. San Andreas gangs are all back. Vagos, Ballas, Lost MC and new ones, the Corkers and Panic.

Yay! You're back. I can't wait for this game. I'm going to get a second PS3 for my sister. She loves GTA V just as much as I do. :)

Glad to be back

I don't blame you, she'd probably take over the whole game haha.

Nice to see you back Slashfan, according to a Czech magazine houses will be customizable and there will be an interaction menu (like an inventory) for putting on masks without having to return to your safehouse and for operating things such as the roof of a convertible car. typicalgamer goes over this and other things on youtube.

it looks like a commercial for a gta 5 show like d show "cops" depicting high speed chases. Hopefully it is a show we can watch at "home" and may even depict the high speed chase we are involved in(it may be difficult to depict our random high speed chase but i think it is definitely possible if it depict high speed chases that are required in missions such as a heist etc....)

I'm not sure it's been discovered by anyone, other than the certain users, who've downloaded the game, - yet - as I can't find any info either...

I cant wait until this comes out. I've been freaking out.

Hopefully I catch the trailer before I head to the tattoo shop Thursday.

Some minor new details.
  • Character menu while playing enabling little customization (masks, etc.)
  • You can own just one property at a time, you can move to better one once you have enough money
  • You can customize your home with expensive wood, fancy accessories, big TV's and more
  • You can install tracking device to your car (in case someone steals it you can track it down)
  • Convertible car rooftops are still in
  • Quick races: just mark the finish line on the map and race
  • Very good handling of the car (real racing feel)
  • Lap racing, Classic GTA race (with guns), ralley racing and more
  • You can improve your gun skills, stamina and such
  • Hundreds of mission (you can replay them)
  • Each mission has table of results (similiar to TBoGT)
  • Can hire coordinator, spies, drivers and more

Awesome. :)

Are you sure? Doesn't one house at the time mean that I have only one garage that is situated to that house so that I can only keep handful of cars in that one place or is there other possibilities or places where you can keep your car collection?

The more money you have, the bigger the property/garage.

Worried about that one. I loved the physics in GTA4, hoping they didn't kill it.

Does the one-property thing only apply online? I feel it would be a nuisance if it was implemented into single player aswell. It was very handy in SA owning multiple properties as the map was so huge, so you didnt have to drive across a whole map just to launch a mission

First, I don't like owning one property at a time at all. I thought real estate was going to be a big part of the game. What's the point of investing in houses and trying to play the housing market if we can only do it one property at a time?
Second, I completely forgot that the AI never stole your car in GTA IV! It was frustrating in SA when someone would steal the car you spent time customizing. However, now that we can track them down, I could have a lot of fun with that!
Lastly, I wonder if I could hire spies to follow unknowing players around GTA online :trouble:?

In SA, you only had one character to travel across the whole map. I'm sure rockstar has done something, other than switching between 3 characters with a push of a button across the vast map, to make it a bit easier.

One of the videos I watched here, said the one property at a time, was online. The guy wasn't sure , but assumed you would be able to own multiple properties, offline.

I am going to bait so many nice cars, watch it get stolen, then follow the guy home with my tracking device. As he's walking into his house feeling proud of himself, I will be waiting with a sniper rifle.

Its for online only
