OK, in that case, it isn't that bad. There's a lot more interesting things to do than collecting cars.

And even so i think u can purchase garages and that u can park ur cars at carparks(cos i rmb them saying that if u leave ur car at a place for too long it will get impounded)

Daamn. I haven't been this excited over a video game since San Andreas. I'm so looking forward to it, it sounds fantastic so far. My only concern is will the PS3 be capable to handle it smoothly? I mean GTA IV has a pretty horrid framerate, especially on heavy MP lobbies. Maybe it wasn't optimised too keenly, GTA 5 being a more powerful game and much more online-oriented I hope it won't be any more jiggerish than the IV, the trailers look very promising but who knows. If it turns out to be silk smooth though I'll be in heaven :D

@Jet Badger,
GTA 4 was made on XBox and ported to PS3 and wasn't well optimized. GTA V is specifically made on PS3 this time over in parallel with XBox, so no porting. Therefore should work much better. We'll see about that.

I have a feeling racing feel is going to be very close to MCLA. Not sure how I feel about that one.

About 1 property at a time? I do NOT like that. Makes a bit angry. If it only applies to online, then alright, but single player? HELL NO.

Online is one property. Driving physics of MCLA weren't THAT bad....

If anything, they were good for maneuvering through tight traffic at high speeds, but they were annoying when trying to drift around turns.

Yes they were. I found drifting easy when you had speed. The second you try to connect a drift with another one, you lose your Revs and spin out.

About the house thing, maybe it's only one house per character ?

Really, that would be fine with me.

Lets just hope now that the driving physics aren't anything like GTA IV.

The handbrake... *shudders*

When I hit the handbrake to drift around a turn, I expect to drift, not do a 180, crash into a light pole, and pancake a couple pedestrians.

 driving in that game was a nightmare.

It must be one property online, one property in SP wouldn't make sense unless all 3 characters lived together. I don't think we will be able to buy houses for Michael anyway, because he already has a big house and family.
I'm getting worried about the physics, 'feels likes a racing game' sounds like its going to be infinite grip. I actually liked the physics in IV

MCLA didn't have bad physics but they were exactly superb either. A good combo of MCLA and GTA IV would be nice.

Sony UK just confirmed GTA V will make an appearance on the PS4.

Low speed, such as maneuvering tight spaces/corners was horrendous too.

I love it. Super realistic, taxi's are not supposed to handle like a sports car. ;)

It had its flaws. Sports cars shouldn't spin out as easily. Every car felt like a boat.

Except every car bounced around like they were made of rubber.

A lightweight car like the Comet would be easy to knock around, but not that easily. Supercars were very annoying.

I'll disagree with you on that. Seems pretty realistic to me.

I just played it. One tap on the e-brake and the entire car swings around and spins out. How is that realistic? Maybe on some of the more heavier cars but I shouldn't have to turn the steering wheel like a maniac to get it to go straight.

I must be playing a different GTA IV than all of you. The handling and e-brake are fine IMO.

GTA is not about driving cars and realistic, but shooting and running. So you have been playing this game wrong way.

But that doesn't mean it should have Mario Kart-like physics, either.

Considering that 90% of what you are doing in GTA is driving, I think your point is invalid.

I have? Many of us have? I think many of us need to reassess the last 10-12 years or our life if we got GTA wrong :dopey:

Every car felt like a boat.

And I thought Americans are used to that:lol:

I liked GTA IV driving physics a lot. You could drift pretty easily. If you spin everytime when using handbrake, then you are probably holding it for too long. I didn't have that problem very often.
