Review embargo has lifted, currently a 99 metascore from 9 reviews on xbox360, it will go down but damn !.

Also, if anyone doesn't want to be spoiled then don't watch CVG's latest GTAV video, titled " X360 PS3 Comparison", as they've only gone and posted the intro cutscene. 👎 :dunce:

Gamespot gave GTA V a 9/10. SMH

BTW, they gave GTA IV a 9.5/10 and The Last Of Us an 8/10. They are horrible reviewers.

Since you already saw it, which's better? :sly:

 I quickly scarpered from that video, so unfortunately I couldn't tell you. R* themselves though have said that the differences are negligable 👍.

For those of you wondering about the car handling, then The Telegraph had this to say:

"The car handling in V is much sharper than the heaviness of IV. It retains just enough of IVÂ’s weight and hyperactivity to make crashes feel consequential and handbrake turns tricky to control, but is tightened up enough to make driving more instantly gratifying. IVÂ’s handling was great but took some work to master, VÂ’s handling is better and easy to pick up. This extends to sea-based vehicles and flying aircraft."

Any you guys pre order from game? I still haven't received despatch email.

Gamespot are paid reviewers, that do their work after at most two hours of playing time and have no knowledge of the matter.

That phrase pretty much describes 90% of major game and car reviewers out there.

Adam Sessler gave the game 5/5, he played for 60 hours. Now that I call a review

Was hoping I might get to be one of the lucky ones and receive my copy today, but nah no luck  According to Amazon my order was shipped on the 13th, but the tracking number they gave me for Royal Mail when I entered into their website I get this message

"Sorry, There is no data available for this tracking reference, please try again later"

I can only assume this means it's left the Amazon warehouse, but is yet to arrive/leave a Royal Mail depot.

Today will be a slooow day.

Apparently because of all the orders being sent to Royal Mail from Amazon their tracking info has broken. That's what an Amazon customer service guy said anyway.

That makes a ton of sense. Thanks for clearing that up. 👍

GameTrailers gave GTA V a 9.8/10. Excellent. :D

1. Hooray for being in Australia.
2. This install time will be the death of me -.-

The rating made me laugh... Does the Australian Government only care about drug usage in this game?

I assume that would be what tips it into the 18+ category. I guess the violence part of the game would only be rated M15+, so doesn't need to be quoted on the box.

Can you tell me how big the install is. I'm a bit short of room on my ps just away to do some clearing out.

Should be about 8 GB, Give or take a few MB. Although if doing the digital download it's 18GB. give or take.

The reviews are coming in and most of them are perfect scores, shame that a few lesser known reviewers are giving out bad scores to get attention. 👎
The Escapist - host of Zero Punctuation - is well known enough not to require it.

And, last I checked, 70% would be classed as a very good score. 70% would be enough to get you an A* GCSE or an A at A-Level. If you get 70% in your degree, you get a 1st... It's just no-one in the review industry reviews average at 50% any more - something Amiga Power pointed out over twenty years ago.

Wow. Interesting.

Scores for a game as familiar as GTA are pointless. We know it will be just as polished as the previous games, but with some added 'new stuff'

Rockstar are not about to drop the ball on this cash-cow. If you liked GTA4 and the previous ones, you'll like this to0.
