Has anyone else encountered the No Country For Old Men scenario where you find a drug deal that's gone wrong with $60K in a briefcase? I thought that was a nice touch.

Just had another run-in with those hillbillies on dirt bikes. I wasn't going to go down quietly, and I prevailed.

What comes of it if you waste them? I've encountered them once and got drilled.

I scoped it out and as soon as I saw that they were all dying I knew what to expect when I collected the money.

Haha sorry, I wasn't trying to come off as that. It literally happened between texting with friends and I actually laughed out loud. I also saw an armored truck today and instantly thought to myself what I could do with some sticky bombs.....

I'm giving up on the Kifflom trophy, seems like I'm going to have to start a new game if Rockstar doesn't come out with a patch

I've created a helicopter grave at the bottom of 2 bridges trying to fly under them.



These 2, the video makes it look much easier and also there seems less water for the 2nd bridge...

Did you try to reinstall the gamedata yet? You can stay offline and play the game on V1.00 untill you get it.

Yeah, those two are the most narrow ones. I was pretty lucky to take them on the first try. Make sure you have enough forward motion so you can level your chopper completely out when going under.

Yeah in one of the rare occasions Jeremy Clarkson is right, speed really is key for those two. If you try and crawl under it you're likely to hit the bridge or sink.

Right, I'll try taking it faster tonight then. I was trying to go slower to be more precise I guess, but obviously that wasn't working.

I was even tempted to take the stunt plane and try and just dive down and go under it, it went well in my head anyway..

Trying that now. I had already reinstalled the gamedata (twice) but went directly to 1.04

Think I might try to get some of those gold missions today. I've got a few of the bridges done, but really wish I would've kept track...

I have around $30 million for Franklin, and around $50 million for Michael. I don't really plan on buying any of the expensive properties, so the money should last me a while. 100% completion is definitely not a priority, and when I get enough money online to duplicate some of my offline cars, I will be starting the story mode over.

Buy the properties. I spent all Michaels money and after a couple weeks he already has 2mill again. They pay you each week. I also have lots of super expensive cars and planes etc too. You don't really need that much money. Only so much you can buy.

Seems backwards to me, why spend all that money? You'll get it all back eventually.

Don't really care to buy the properties, I like being able to modify cars whenever I want without having to worry about money. 👍

It's a shame the free upgrades only apply to Franklin, requiring a pain-in-arse hand-over method to get them to the other characters. Then again, because of said money, I'm not too concerned. The money seemed too easy to not get, anyways; the one assassination for Lester couldn't have taken more than 2 minutes, and didn't even alert a single cop.

If you are planning on buying all the properties, keep in mind that some are locked to specific characters. I tried to balance them out, but didn't realize the three theatres are Michael's, or else he would've got less from the others. The catch with the profitability of the wrecking yard makes it most suited to Trevor

Oh, and for those trophy hunters; just call both of the other guys to hang out to get the Three Man Army one. I kept switching between them to get them to converge on a single spot; way too much work. Once they're in a car it's simple, really.

It's a shame that it's only at one specific garage, too. (At least for me). I don't wanna drive all the way out of town just to wreck it on the way back.
