Corvette C7 rip off?

*Facepalm*

If I ever see you online I will spam you beyond what is spammingly possible :D

*Carl_the_Sloth joined the game.*
Me: Screw that!
*CallmeDan_ left the game.*

But if you were to actually attack me, I would do the most epic thing I have ever done online:

Run for my freaking life to the safety of a Burger Shot! Then, I would hide in a corner and hope I didn't get killed. As the Buzzard looms outside, occasionally lighting up its miniguns at me, I waited for the right moment to strike. The Buzzard lowers to the point where it is only a few feet off the ground. I select my pistol. I run out of cover, aim straight for the cockpit and unload one clip... right into the pilot. As I am firing my measly pistol, the the pilot launches a barrage of bullets into the empty Burger Shot. 3 shots, right into the pilot. The chopper lands. I steal the chopper and proceed to humiliate the pilot by blowing him up numerous times with his own Buzzard.

Yeah, that really happened. And I can't aim with a controller for my life!

Now the big question (which I need help with);
For those of you with both consoles, which one are you getting GTA for? Don't think I've had to choose before

Well, since I fear that GTA V will be just playable in terms of performance, (I'm thinkin' 20fps) I'll get which ever can sustain its framerate longer, which is usually the Xbox 360. (I'm kinda picky about performance)

GTA IV can get really bad FPS on PS3. I don't know how well it holds up on the XBOX though, since I don't own one.

PS3 because thats what I have GTA IV and its expansions on, but primarily because thats what my friends own and will be playing on.

I could care less about performance as long as it's not as jumpy as San Andreas I'm fine. PS3 for me.

I do! A laggy-as-hell game will distract me. I'm just picky I guess, but I may get it for PS3 anyway, so I can play with fellow GTPers.

Who knows, because it seems that Rockstar is actually optimising for PS3 and they may do exceptionally well job.

A laggy as hell game would frustrate me to the point of no longer playing it. Then I would sell it on eBay for some jacked up price.

Hopefully we somehow find out if one is better than the other before release. I was thinking 360, but if I end up getting into the online ill need to renew my XBL :( Either way that things in for a marathon

I've preordered for PS3, because I don't expect it to be a one disc game on Xbox and I don't fancy swapping discs.

It's truly an amazing game, except for the actual game play. It lags like you would never believe, usually right before freezing. Bethesda never bothered to fix it on PS3 and Fallout 3 and New Vagas are laggy enough to give the calmest Buddhist a heart attack. I mentioned it because your post is exactly what most people did with Fallout 3 and New Vegas - get frustrated and sell the game online.

The guy who made that remake put 26th of October as the release date . (Unless that's the PC release date?..) Otherwise pretty decent effort :).

I think that's when San Andreas came out. Don't remember though so don't quote me on that.

I thought some breakdown videos would be interesting, so here you go:

(Michael)

(Franklin)

(Trevor)

Just to be clear, none of them are made by me :p.

- Only for the screenshots. I think they're making one on the new trailers, but I don't really know.

IGN did breakdowns on each trailer and all 3 were a good 10-15 minutes a piece and some were really eye opening. In a good way of course.

Just watched the new trailers.

I just can't say how amazing a job it looks like Rockstar have done. I just hope the game feels more like GTA from the PS2 generation (or RDR), rather than IV.

Read the game informer article. They had a Q&A session with rockstar and in that article, property purchasing is denied. I'm very curious as to how some websites have confirmed it when rockstar still says its not in GTA V. Anyone care to clarify? I don't care too much for it but this back and forth nonsense is... well nonsense. For all I care, its not in 5.

That is an old article. This is on rockstar's official news website, from CVG's article. http://www.computerandvideogames.co...gta-v-rewrites-the-open-world-rulebook-again/ http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/49721/worldwide-grand-theft-auto-v-previews.html

"It doesn't stop there. You can pick up hitchhikers, do stunt jumps and flying challenges, take part in yoga, golf, tennis or bike races, and - despite Rockstar being coy on this up until now - buy property too. Houses, garages and businesses can all be snapped up."

I seriously cannot wait until this is out. I won't have a life =P

Rockstar had said that because there was such a reaction about them first saying there was no property acquisition, they went and changed it..

..yeah..

Were did you read this?

And if that's actually the case, that's awesome they listened to their fans from the massive feedback. That is definitely cookie worthy.
