Horizon Zero Dawn Photomode ThreadPS4 

I see you guys use Flickr for all your photos. Does PS4 have some easy way to upload to Flickr or you are just doing it manually?

May be a while until I really get going with this game. I am now playing through Uncharted Remastered games and finishing up the first one.

^^ I just use one USB stick leave it in the front of PS4 transfer all my photos on to it when done. Then I just plug in PC and upload to flickr in my own time.

I only use flickr as it was recommend when I was posting on DClub years ago. I do find it easy and quick to upload. There are many hosting sites out there. Imgur, Google photos etc etc Just find one that suits you but flickr seems to be the general choice here in GTP 👍


Still no time of day access in my menu on photo mode :(

I don't think you can tell how detailed a game or photo mode is until you actually see it on your own TV, I watched many videos on this game and saw all the photos, but until you actually see the scenery and close ups and how well the camera zooms, moves etc ..It is stunning.

It all seems polished and a good narrative. It has drawn me in like a movie so far and I can see why you guys are still on it for months. The only thing I can say is I am slightly annoyed I didn't get this on release as I thought another open world type game I wouldn't get far. But so far (on easy mode :P) I am coping with it and I am not stuck yet which is amazing for this type of game for me! 👍 I found a good R2 swipe kills anything so far - forget the bloomin fiddly arrows :yuck:







 
Indeed Mr @torque99 you can't use the time of day option until you leave Nora territory (Story mission: Seeker at the Gates) You also don't get full night until that time - the reason, I've no idea. Of course, you can always go back into The Sacred lands after this and time of day will then be available. It's an odd choice but I'm sure they had their reasons. Face paint is another option that you won't have until New Game + which I can understand.

I'll check back more regularly now, as I'm sure you'll have other questions in future. Remember, there are no tutorials or proscribed ways to tackle any of the machines, except using their weaknesses in any way you see fit.

EDIT: I think the game starts you on easy mode by default, so you can enjoy the scenery and narrative without too much worry.

The zoom-in is quite scarily detailed, especially for you PS Pro owners :D but it makes for some beautiful pictures too. Are you ready for the journey outside? I think you'll love the ruins.

Game is gorgoeus and photo mode is great, atmosphere, mood and overall world around you is magnificent, game is one big eye candy :bowdown: Mr torque99. Phpoto mode has some really great options, fast and easy to use, only need progress more in the game now :)👍 Easily best Black Friday deal so far ;)

I'm cruising around world and still haven't finished first main task by Rost for adult Aloy, only few side quests and errands and... a lot pictures during this :lol: Stunning pictures and very unique angles from you :bowdown: torque99 👍
 
Cheers MeanElf :cheers: I'm loving this game so far, I should have bought it even day one, game deserves all the high praise :bowdown: Every, even smallest battle can be turn into beautiful photo session and the world, on one hand big with incredible views but on other hand with attention to details better than other "corridor" games, jaw-dropping job by Guerilla 👍👍👍

No, sorry. I appeared in an update a good while ago. Once you start New Game + you get the option to apply some basic face paint patterns to Aloy in photo mode shots (you'll see it just above the expression and pose options.
