I don't understand why PD hasn't included this in game if it was in GT4. PD now seems to be blatanly ignoring a huge portion of its fans. They need to understand that not all GT6 players like circuit racing. A massive part of GT is drag racing and drifting. If they at least give us this and ebisu circuit, maybe a few more muscle cars and drift sedans, they will keep the fans happy.
It was actually meant to be a circuit but PD for some reason never completed it, probably due to time constraints. There was a hacked video I think from the GT4P disk which showed that you could drive further down the road than the end of the drag strip and continue up to a point.
This and Hong Kong probably didn't return because of the time it would take the model the scenery over a normal race track, but there really is no excuse!
