I got a new XMMS theme, and switched window managers, so this deserves a post here. Don't be fooled, it's GNOME running a XP-ish theme.

Click the pic and stuff.

Linux desktop (sorry about it being bigger than my windows desktop. It seems that in linux 1024x768 doesnt fill the screen like in windows.):

(Double post)

Well, I've just finished installing XP Pro on my machine, so I decided to try that theme patch thing. Works great on mine!

Same thing happened on the first machine I tried it on. Never did figure that out...

I'm guessing it's a pre-install thing. This current computer is a retail XP instal, and the one I have problems with is an HP with XP already installed....

Question: Which section of dA do you find MsStyles?

problem is it keep saying it!

edit: havent a clue which section it is now cos it got re-arranged a bit but i think its skins and themes

There are like a thousand sub groups in there!

Yeah, it still says it on that machine. I had to put back the old .dll, I'll try and figure it out later.

[edit]]I found out - It's the Skins and Themes -> Windows Utilities -> Visual Styles catagory.

[edit again]I found why that problem was happening. I thought the thing said it would work on none-sp1 machines but I guess it doesn't.
Here is a link to the right one for none-sp1. Try it.

Ok Shannon:
You use classic mode? And you can still run the Opus Luna? Is that XP? This is after you patch it and restart your comp?

[EDIT] NVM! Followed your directions 1 more time Shannon. it worked. Ty!! :D

Heres my desktops, as I have dual monitors. Background is some crap I made back when I played Anarchy Online, just too apathetic to create a new background.

Testing the UXPatcher for themes. I like it a LOT. It's especially good for my laptop since it's so much lighter than the standard windows themes.

oops, forgot to install the right fonts for the theme :p. Still looks amazing

He. They didn't have anything that good. But that was my best shot. I took some pictures of the Sixteen, but that's old stuff. There was a Gallardo.
