Limited! and a logon prompt

I was surfing GTP with my phone using OperaMini on GT5 Pictorial wishlist thread and got a "Limited!" and was asked username and password. Tried entered my login but nothing happen. Why?

Someone is loading an image in the thread which is hosted on a remote web server. For whatever reason, that web server is now requiring authentication before it will display any files, and as a result you will see this log-in message while viewing a page on GTPlanet. If you could provide a direct link to the page where you saw this message, I can remove it from the post.

How can GTP control the EXTREME advertising banners that block the login screen? The ones that have options to close, DON'T close. And the ones that have no option to close don't go away.
I purchased the premium membership so I don't have to deal with ads, and to support the 'planet. But it gets annoying to have to surf around the site to find a screen with a clear login area, and then have to type superfast before another ad pops up and covers it.

Thanks. You would think with this much frustration about it, GTP would do something. But I guess once they have your money for premium, they don't care.

I'm very sorry that you feel that way. As I explained in the other thread, I disabled the ads in question three days ago and I could no longer see them. Your complaint shows there continues to be a problem, so I am digging deeper to find out why they are still appearing and how I can stop them.
