Yup just saw this. The car is labeled "--" and the Vision dealership shows a new Mitsubishi with a blank picture. Selecting it just takes me back to home screen.

I was in an online room, got kicked out, and all of a sudden a new Vision GT car named "(--)" was "given" to me. Checked garage and it's not there, tried clicking on the new Mitsubishi section of Vision GT and it takes me right back to the main menu of GT6. Hmm, maybe they've almost accidentally released this way before it should have come out?

It's not a mistake as the code for the Mitsubishi VGT car was found after the last update.

I exited the game and am downloading the update now which should contain the actual car. 22 minutes in and only 65%...
