no bikes!
the term "real driving simulator" does not technically exclude bikes - so why not?

If you don't like them don't use them.
A lot of work has been done already on them with Tourist Trophy so unless they are preparing TT2 they are MOST DEFINITELY welcome if not necessary for some of us who like them...

Just re-release Tourist Trophy with better graphics and the Isle of Man TT course. Job done.
TT is still the best motorbike game ever made and the graphics are still very good even to this day. With a few little tweaks I would definitely buy a repackaged TT for the PS3 while we are waiting for TT2.
As a keen motorcycle fan and lover of TT, I say no. As others have mentioned I'd rather have a dedicated TT2..BUT if PD say they'll never do a TT2 then I'd say yes to DLC with Bikes in GT5.
For me the main problem is that it would wreck the in game economy. For the price of a economy turdbox you get a road bike that does 0-60 in 3 seconds and 160 and will annihilate a LOT of the road cars in GT5. Your talking spending 40-50k credit before you get a car close to that sort of bikes performance. For a bit more money than an econo turdbox you get a bike that'll do 0-60 in 2.5 seconds and 180 mph.....that's 100k plus car territory.
It won't turn like a car.
Also, the current state of GT5:
-Start game
-Buy garbage K car
-K car seasonal
-Buy LMP car
Bikes in GT are fine.
If you want to race motorbikes, buy any of the Moto GP series.
